A wonderful experience in Sorrento ; a magic view from the rooftop restaurant ; everybody so kind namely Francesco ! The hotel is nice ; in fact everything is perfect, magic!

We really enjoyed the Hotel Cristina, with its wonderful location high above the bustle of Sorrento. It is about a mile from the Centre of town but this position on the outskirts is made very easy and practical by the frequent free hourly bus shuttle service to and from the rail station. The views from the terraces over the whole gulf of Naples and Vesuvius were amazing, especially the sunsets. The rooms were clean and well equipped and felt spacious. The kettle was useful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We thought the meals were excellent and good value, certainly as good as many restaurants in town. We would certainly go back and would definitely recommend it.

Although high above Sorrento, access was quite easy with the hotel shuttle to the train station, which is just a tiny square in 5 minutes walking distance from the main square in Sorrento---the Piazza Tasso. It was easy to book the shuttle anytime just by texting the hotel using WhatsApp. The free breakfasts are abundant & delicious, and especially lovely at the windows or on the outside terraces. The rooms are great they even provided me with an extension cord, and electric kettle. Staff are all so friendly! You also might not realize it from the booking info but this hotel is built into the side of the mountain, with some rooms and the lobbies built onto exposed rocks! This was a perfect hotel stay and good location to explore Capri & the Amalfi Coast by ferry & public buses. Also of note is that the restaurant provided lactose free milk and many gluten free options---all fresh baked and delicious. I highly recommend!

Nice clean hotel with friendly and attentive staff. Location was ok but lots of complementary bus services to take you to town and pick you up etc.

This hotel is a bit outside town, however the free shuttle made accessing the city very convenient. This property is quiet with excellent views. The rooftop pool is beautiful. Staff was friendly, breakfast was very good.
