Front desk staff very helpful when booking taxi transfers to stations, airport and booking tours. Special thanks to the lovely man who served us breakfast. Very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was great, freshly cooked bacon and eggs and homemade cakes. Rooms were very clean and comfortable

I visited this hotel for a week in July 2022 and my review has been deleted.So here I go again .I found the woman patrolling the breakfast area every morning very rude.My first morning she came up to me,no smile,no hello and ordered me to pay for breakfast at reception when I had finished.As I was there for the week I thought that was strange and unnecessary. I picked this hotel so I could do laps in the pool.I nearly strangled myself on a thick plastic orange rope tied halfway across the pool.This was to mark the depth change apparently.This is so dangerous and unnecessary,No more laps for me.I hope it has been removed by now! The two Michael’s on reception looked miserable every time I saw them.They did their jobs,booked excursions,but showed no enthusiasm and were not friendly.If that woman at breakfast was their mother I can understand why! I really didn’t like the vibe at this hotel,which was very disappointing as I was really looking forward to going there.All the happy faces in the photos are nowhere to be seen

Amazing property. Clean and well situated. The staff in the reception were always helpful and never missed a beat. Would recommend anyone stay here just because of the modern and clean rooms.

Friendly team, room was comfortable and nice balcony view of the pool.
Found the evening menu wasn't appealling for my child so only ate at hotel and breakfast and a couple of lunchtimes.

The hotel is clean and quiet, the outdoor areas are lovely, breakfast was good, and the staff is responsive. It's not a luxury hotel, but it is comfortable. Be aware that it is a good 20 minute walk from the center of Sorrento. That said, we enjoyed our stay and would return.

Great location, comfortable and relaxing. Family property and the pride in the facility and service is obvious. Excellent dining options and be sure to book for breakfast. So good! A mini resort in beautiful Sorrento.

On the pictures on the property on ******* the property looks lovely and modern, the only area that actually is true to this is the pool area which is really lovely however, even this area some staff played football by the pool and pool bar - hardly a relaxing environment to take in the beauty of Italy when you have to dodge a football coming your way on a sun lounger, very unprofessional. The rooms are far from what are pictured, the balcony in the room was ant infested and the furniture all rusty - I barely wanted to hang wet swimsuits on there to dry let alone sit there. The walls are so thin you can hear everything, we were ‘blessed’ to have room neighbours who woke very early every day and we could even see the light shining through the interconnecting door. The breakfast was probably one of the worst breakfasts we’ve ever had at a hotel, selection and quality of food very poor. Staff are very friendly and really helpful with booking things for you but, overall a disappointing stay - would not return.
