Hotel Corallo Sorrento

we stayed at hotel corallo in may for 5 nights. The hotel was immaculate inside and out. The staff could not do more for you. Very friendly - we were blown away by the amenities and the decor of the hotel. On arrival we got offered welcome lemon flavoured drinks (limoncello) which were so refreshing after a day of travelling. one of the staff took us for a mini tour around the hotel so show us around whilst the room was getting prepared. Our room itself was stunning, very clean and was cleaned every day. the views looked out onto vesuvius and naples which is breathtaking. Breakfast was very tasty with plenty of choice. the restaurant manager and staff were very friendly and would take the time to have a conversation with you. the coffee was also 🤌. you have a choice to sit outside with gorgeous views also. During the stay i lost my wedding ring and spent 3 hours looking for it, we informed the hotel and they were very helpful and sympathetic which was nice. They gave us a flashlight to go look for the ring, which some hotels probably wouldn’t. Like i say the staff could not be more helpful towards their customers. The location is not great but the free shuttle bus runs most of the day going to and from the town. Don’t listen to what people say about the air con not working.. the balcony doors must be fully closed for the air con to operate. worked fine for us and had to turn it off some nights as it was that cool…. But by opening the balcony doors you get a lovely breeze from the sea which is always a winner. splendid stay, would highly recommended to anyone. truly beautiful place.

This hotel is beautiful. Location is a little way out of town but they run a shuttle. The staff were very friendly, the room was beautiful (we paid for the sea view with balcony), and the sunsets from the patio are amazing. We had breakfast included and the buffet met every need. The restaurant for dinner was very tasty and the property also offers less formal dining around the pool area. The maitre d at the restaurant was outstanding…There late for dinner service but there again early for breakfast. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful week at the Hotel Corallo Sorrento. From check in with Paula to check out the staff were professional,friendly and very helpful. We stayed a week and felt very at home The view from the room 453 was breathtaking. Breakfast was delicious with ever oresstaff to look after you Also 2 new Coffee Machines have been added The bar served great Cocktails before a night out. The room was well cleaned every day with a turndownservice early evening. The pool was small but inviting and all public areas in the hotel were always clean tidy and inviting to sit and take in the fabulous view. The bus into Sorrento was a great addition as it’s a bit of a walk and €30 each way We loved the fact we were out of the bustle of Sorrento and loved the calmness of the hotel and surrounding areas Loved the Roberts Cavalli Shower Gel and Shampoo. Very Italian

Beautiful views and sunsets from room and terraces, breakfast was included which helped on those days needed to fuel up before exploring. one thing would have liked access to morning coffee without having to wait for restaurant to open at 7am.

This hotel was spectacular. I did not book a sea view balcony room, but my view of the Mountains was quite pretty. It was quiet, clean, and amazing service from everyone in the hotel and restaurant.

Fantastic place located overlooking the water. The staff are professional and friendly and were always helpful; they even go outside of expectations to help in anyway they can. We stayed in an executive room (667) which has a lanai that's incredible to sit on for a private drink/meal (Privacy note - there is a hotel with rooms facing across the street so private in the sense you have it to yourself). The bed was extremely comfortable. The food and drinks are outstanding. The location is perfect for driving to any of the restaurants in the area and/or driving to the coast. The location is very quiet - the only noise we heard were surrounding night clubs/restaurants, things you cannot control like kids yelling or showing off @ 2/3a and then the harbor boats/horns. That's pretty darn quiet in my view. I would rate this place a 5 but I had to go a 4 because of one thing and to be very clear - it is outside the control of the hotel; Italy rules prevent the use of heating or air during "spring". If it's unseasonbly warm or cold, you're going to have to deal with it - the unit will not function in the room. I didn't know that going into the trip but that's on me. I have asked management to try to advertise when something like that is not expected to work as it may impact the room type or where guests stay or when they plan their trip.

Staying nearby so called in for sunset cocktails - views & set up are fab however prob one of the worst pizzas we’ve had 😔 service & staff very good Views & sunset spectacular Each received a comp appetizer which was very tasty Save yourself €50 and go here for sunset drinks rather than the overpriced Hotel Mediterraneano across the road
