Really nice hotel!! Got to the hotel at 11 and check in wasn’t until 2 but they said rooms were ready and let us in straight away.
Nice relaxing pool area with beds and bar open all day no waiting service
Clean room the cleaners you see all hours of the day sorting room
Check out late and after check out they still let you keep your suitcases in a safe room and have use of bathrooms, showers and towels if you need and spend time around the pool.

Initially booked for 2 nights, ended up staying a 3rd. Room was great, large, modern and clean, pool towels provided. Pool area was lovely, breakfast was brilliant. Gym was a bit random, a little sparce, and roasting hot. Location, just a walk around the bay to san Antonio, cafe mambo etc. Free entry to o beach Spar shop just at front of hotel. All staff encountered were friendly, polite and helpful. Booked for next year, thank you

Solid hotel; could use some improvement in the pool area with longer hours and better sun loungers. The air conditioning issue is a deal breaker however. I realize this is a Spanish government issue but to mandate that the temperature must remain at 27C in the summer heat is ridiculous; this made the room way too hot. I won’t be going back to Spain in summer if this is to remain in place.

Pros The hotel was impeccably clean. The rooms were large and well equipped with the use of a fridge and safe. The room also had a hairdryer ,shampoo and shower gel . Pool towels were also available to use . The bar menu was small but the food was of high quality. The bar was well stocked and staff were very friendly. Reception staff were also very friendly and helpful . The fact it was an adult only hotel was lovely Cons When you get dropped off we had to find the hotel ourselves which was a bit tricky as it was up an alley way . It look’s really scruffy but once inside you forget about it . ************ sometimes sat on the stairs as well offer **** and Charley !!! We had a couple of days of loud music around the pool area as well played by the lifeguards but when I complained this was resolved

He elegido éste hotel ilusionado por la buena pinta que tenía, pero vaya decepción.. La primera ducha fue un drama ,el agua sale a tirones y además constantemente cambia sola la temperatura de fría a tibia y a magma volcánico en un instante.. el asunto terminó con unq quemadura de primer grado (menos mal que en una mano) . Bajo a la recepción, lo aviso, me piden disculpas y lo apuntan en un libro, nunca más me dijeron nada, ni preguntar, ni solucionar. La segunda noche, ducha rápida con temor pero hemos podido alejar el agua en los momentos cuando salía super caliente. Domingo antes de dejar el hotel, intento de ducha? Agua tibia un par de minutos, luego agua fría... La calefacción de la habitación? NO VA, terminando la temporada, se entiende que quieran ajustar gastos, pero es un 4 estrellas. Por poner algo bien, el personal es majo, pero para los dueños, una hoja de reclamaciones bien bonita

We stayed for 4 nights. Good location, 2 minutes from ocean beach, 10-15 mins to Eden and 25-30 mins walk to mambo. Rooms comfortable to rest your head at night. Pool quite chilled out, older crowd which is good if you are 40+. Sun loungers incredibly uncomfortable, breakfast average at best, gym pretty poor and wifi didn’t work for 3 of our 4 days. The hotel is overall quite tired. If you are not bothered about quality of accommodation then it’s a good place to stay in the Bay Area. If you want better then book the Amari or Innside. Even the NYX looks better.
