We don’t often leave reviews but feel compelled to having just returned home from a wonderful 8 night stay at THB Ocean Beach. It has been our hotel of choice for many years when in Ibiza due to the central location however this trip we were particularly impressed by the level of service from all of the staff, especially Pepa, who went out of their way to welcome us and to accommodate any special requests. Keep up the good work team and we look forward to staying with you again next year!

Nice hotel, good location, close to the beach, very good food services, pleasant staff, good pool, spectacular bar, we were served by Antonio, a very friendly waiter, helpful and smiling, always attentive at the pool. He recommended a place for dinner and to see a show, thanks Antonio. we hope to see you soon Nice 2024.

Clean hotel with nice pool area but there are better hotels certainly for the money! Was given an access room down a dark corridor as hotel was supposedly full so nothing like photos which was disappointing and did not feel premium with the bathroom flooding every time I showered. Although when I asked for a mop I was kindly provided with one but no offer to assist! To be fair though staff were on the whole very helpful. Limited breakfast choice as off a menu so not usual buffet option. Close to nice little beach but San Antonio centre a good 10 min walk so depends what you want. All in all hotel felt quite sterile and certainly wouldn’t be my first choice if returning to San An.
