Apartamentos Wi-Ki-Woo

We had an excellent lunch and cocktails at Wiki Woo before heading off to party for the day with friends.... the service was amazing. Aine looked after us so well.... friendly and efficient! Would highly recommend this place! The cocktail tree was lush too!

I was dubious about this hotel as the rooms looked a bit tacky in the photos and all that pink etc! We are also on the more mature end of Ibiza travellers (47 and 54 but still love clubbing and have been going to Ibiza for years)... However we were really impressed! The colour scheme and the decor do really work and the attention to detail in the hotel is incredible. So many little features that make it very unique and fun. The rooms are fab - plenty of space, a nice seating area to get ready with a big mirror and hairdryer, a little fridge, sink, tea bags etc. All the little toiletries are all branded plus the towels and robes etc - all very cute. The mini bar in the room is actually reasonably priced for Ibiza standards! The staff are all so lovely (the two receptionists were so nice - two blonde girls - both bilingual in Spanish and English - I wish I had got their names as they were just exceptional at their jobs!). All the staff are very attentive and seem to love working there. The disco lift is hilarious and the pool area is really fun too. There's a great vibe the whole time and we also came back to a "Shift" party which was fabulous in the little club room. My only constructive feedback would be to have a full length mirror in the room (there are some in the corridors though!) and some hooks on the wall in the bathroom to hang towels. But I would definitely visit here again, I loved it!

We went for a hen do drinks and food brunch party at 1pm on Sunday 26 May, there was 17 in our party. When we arrived the staff who were all lovely, didn’t seem to know what we had pre-ordered and maybe a little confused, but as the season is just beginning, it could be just staff getting trained up etc. We sat at a very large table which was beautifully set out, in fact the hotel was absolutely gorgeous, idyllic for hen do’s. We had preordered the brunch and all the food was amazing, the BLT looked very tasty and was probably the best value, as it was quite large, the Caesar salad was delightful and the pink sauce that came with it was delicious. We got a bit confused as to the drinks side of things, and got charged for two bottles of wine which we didn’t really know why, but we didn’t challenge it we just paid the bill. We did challenge the service charge of around 120€, as we had served ourselves the drinks and thought it was rather high, it was removed from the bill. Lots of photo opportunities for the whole hen party and overall a very nice experience.

Emailed ahead to check if there was a minimum spend before booking and paying deposit. Email returned confirming no minimum spend. Booked table-happy days! Upon arrival were informed there was only the Thursday menu which involved a minimum spend OR a pizza only menu. We were hungry and had paid €20 euros each deposit so opted for pizza menu but defo felt conned. Staff fairly attentive but were falling over themselves serving Dean Gaffney & Charlie Brooks. Food ok but would defo think again before booking in August.

The hotel was very pretty, however a bit outdated in the hallways. The room was clean and spacious, it a hairdryer, robes and free use of the safe which came in handy. Thermostat was easy to use, the bed was big & comfy and the shower was also easy to use & spacious. I was on the 1st floor and had the worst view of unfinished construction next door. It was also very noisy through the night with a loud of banging coming from what I assume was the kitchen. Didn’t use the pool area but it looked nice & clean. The food was also good (only had breakfast). They also charge €300 deposit for incidentals which they don’t tell you about at the time of booking. Was an average stay, would’ve been better if I had better view & less noise.

Attended last week for my friend’s Daughter’s hen party. As like all promotional photos it looks much better than it actually is. The setting is not as pretty as expected and also much smaller than it looks. The food was good but the portions are small “very small” for the price. I had the fishy wishy dish which was two slices of bread with the crusts cut off then cut into three fish finger sized slices, the filling was salmon, soft cheese with cucumber and apart from a tiny bit of garnish that was it. Yes there was Prosecco, beer and cocktails as part of the package but water is changed for. A little tip check the bill carefully, as I’m sure my friend has been ripped off. Although we enjoyed the time there due to the company we were with, everyone felt like we had been robbed.

Such an amazing barbie hotel!! Iam always coming with my bestfriend every year, and there making you feel so at home! It feels like a party everyday and the food is really nice. The sleeping beds are amazing!! Huge plus. You have everything set in the room also, perfect for girls

I love the concept and decor of the hotel and its pool area but just really disappointed with the scruffy room, plugs hanging off, dirty/mouldy grout on shower, grubby walls, broken toiletries so you couldn’t use, only allowed one key between 2 people, no kettle or instructions for reception etc. I know we didn’t have poolside room so wasn’t expecting anything amazing but the view of was awful, the back of their hotel is dirt and wasteland with rubbish, old tvs and broken mopeds chucked on it so don’t expect any nice balcony pics. Service for food and drink was poor and slow with inattentive staff who you had to almost chase around to get service. Had to ask waiter for a glass, ice and a straw for our water by the pool which I thought would’ve been standard especially in 30+ degree heat. They were more concerned with chatting to each other. Reception were nice and helpful though. Bed was comfy and the lift is cool.

Visited for a cocktail on Sunday afternoon. Staff basically ignored us, we sat ourselves at a table and had to approach the bar to order our drinks. The venue is tired, but the drinks were outstanding. Our short time there was spoilt by loud shouting, f’ing and blinding from the back of the bar area from management or staff having a ‘discussion’. Not in ear shot of paying customers chaps!
