Well located hotel, with a pool, but quite old. It is very common in Ibiza for hotels to be very old-fashioned and to charge rates that in other places would be in higher category hotels. The breakfast could be improved.

For the price it okay but won't advise for one to spend more than a night.

Top service, clean and correct. The only downside to the location is that you don't have to rely on public transport.

Nice hotel, on the other side of the island, very good for a short stay but cleanliness can be better

Hotel is great for what you pay. Location is good, short walk to beach and restaurants. Good priced supermarket very close. Staff friendly and helpful especially Carlos on reception. Our air con wasn’t working and he came straight away and resolved the issue. Room was clean and tidy. Shower good, bed comfortable, pool area not the biggest but clean and lots of sun beds.

Lots of good and not-so-good things, so I'll start with the good. Location was great. It's right on the edge of Sant Antoni and it's only a 10 minute walk to the beach. There's a lovely bar across the road (Bar Toben) that does food and drinks, quite a few supermarkets in the area including a Spar for those holiday crisps and a Thai restaurant a couple of minutes walk away. The rooms were comfortable, beds are a bit creaky but the bedding was clean, decent mattresses, towels changed every day and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Balcony is pretty spacious, there's a TV (only Spanish Channels - seems pretty obvious, but I heard plenty of people asking how to get the English channels) and Air Con, which was a lifesaver even in May. Bath and shower were fine also. Pool area is immaculately clean, cleaned and treated every day. Pool opens at 10am and its supposed to close at 6, but there were people out there past then so they're not strict on that. The pool area gets quite shady after 7pm so most leave, as the water is freezing! It's also VERY deep! Over 2m deep, so be aware. We always got a sunbed and the pool area is in full sun for most of the day, even the shady areas at 10am get full sun by 11, so don't worry if you can only get a bed in the shade to start with. There's also no big rush for sunbeds in the morning, we sometimes didn't go out till after 11 and still got one. Breakfast was amazing! Buffet style, with Continental meats & cheese, hard boiled eggs, fruit, cereal, toast, yoghurt and lots of baked treats, including cake and donuts. Different juices, coffee and tea, although the cups are offensively small. Always plenty to eat and they're always restocking. And, the not-so-good... The hotel is very like uni halls. Walls are paper thin, so you can clearly hear every word of your neighbours conversation, plus all of their 'Extra Curricular Activities'. Maybe take earplugs... It's also tiled and plastered all the way through, so it's very echo-ey. We were on the top floor (5th) and we could hear the people even on the 1st floor shouting and laughing up and down the corridors all through the night, so when it happens on your own floor, its LOUD! The room doors aren't lockable from the inside. Not that big of a deal really, but they open with an actual key and there is no way to lock them once you're inside and for some, that might be an issue. Housekeeping isn't consistent, so some days they'd been in while we were having breakfast and others it wasn't until 3pm They were fitting door closers to all of the rooms while we were there but they actually didn't close the doors all the way, so be aware when you leave your room that the door is actually shut! The rooms have mysterious stains everywhere. I know this sounds awful and I guess it is, but the curtains had stains on, the extra bed/soft furnishings had stains on, the floor was heavily stained, even though it was cleaned every day and the furniture had scuff marks all ov

Tbf the hotel is fine for the price you pay on a package deal, they just need to sort some areas out. The towels in the room were really unacceptable, stains on them and big holes/rips in (see pic attached) and at breakfast, we observed the waitress pick up a bread roll that had been on the floor and throw it back into the bread basket. The shower is really powerful and hot, no complaints there. Air con (once we got it working) was great. The rooms are quite dated but served their purpose. Check in was lengthy, we just wanted to get out and have a drink and something to eat! The vending machines robbed us every time we tried to use them, the hotel staff just said they’re always broke so don’t bother using them. Found it odd that the pool doesn’t open till 10am. I’ve normally been for a dip twice by then! The pool area was fine, clean pool, lots of beds and seats. Our only gripe here was that the bar staff were making a packet out of us by not telling us there’s a €1 deposit on each plastic cup served. To me this is very dishonest, they were making around €25-€30 per collection around the pool. It wasn’t until the final day that another guest told us about this charge and others were furious they’d lots out so much. Honestly, we tipped already surely that’s enough you don’t need to deceive us any more. Hotel is in a good location next to supermarkets, fast food outlets, taxi ranks and only 10 mins away to all the action. I’d return here, but would ask them for clean/new towels and maybe find a more modern room. Don’t be out off, I’m sure we had a fab time from what I can remember :p
