cheap basic hotel

loved the place , went in 2017 had to click 2023 in the computer says no part, but it was 2017..with my gf, best friend and his gf.. staff very friendly and decent people, they had to put up with us haha.. was a little out of the fast pace town, but having been on the island quiet a few times i found that a welcome bonus, must remember if i go back to keep the noise down,, sorry folks.. was a blast, quite convenient to the shop and a Thai restaurant .. but adequate it was.. recommend it, would love to take my boys over this year and maybe book in if available

Good location 20 minute walk to San Antonio and good WiFi in the room. Noisey hotel people playing loud music and slamming doors.

Room was nothing like the photos. Only 1 power socket in the room. No key for the safe. Very noisy in the mornings with slamming doors and maids etc. At best the hotel was average

His attention to detail and warm demeanor made every interaction at the bar a memorable one. Bruno's passion for his craft truly shines through. Soraya and Bea were equally amazing. Their attentiveness and genuine care for the guests were truly heartwarming. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, providing insightful recommendations and always greeting me with a smile. The hostel itself is a haven of cleanliness. The housekeeping ladies are like fairy godmothers, tending to the rooms with an unparalleled level of precision. Walking into my room felt like stepping into a sanctuary, thanks to their meticulous work. Overall, my experience at this hostel was nothing short of exceptional. The dedication of the staff, including Bruno, Soraya, and Bea, combined with the meticulous housekeeping, created an atmosphere of warmth and comfort that made my stay truly memorable. Great location. We have stayed here before. Staff really accomodating and can't do enough for you.

Thieving maid/s -- Phone was stolen as maids were let in and went to my friends room. Was found using find my iPhone sound and location hid behind a fire hose just before we had to leave for our flight. Rooms value for money ok and desk staff seemed to be concerned but no point staying with such a flaw. Wish got pictures to show the ones in question.

Great staff, hotel is perfect, we paid just for the cheapest Room and Got the sunset over the Whole Island and the mountains, and the Price is good, the boy at the bar did a god job pouring cerveza all day, give him a raise☀️☀️☀️👍😊
