Pagar 9€ por una botella de agua con gas os hará idea de los precios del lugar. Deberíamos evitar los lugares donde se abusa de esta forma. Estalos en Ibiza pero no todo está justificado. Espero una rectificación pero hasta que esto no suceda no volveré. Lugar no recomendable para los habituales de Ibiza.

We stayed here for 4 nights and took room 1 with a sea view. A superior room, the separate beds requested in advance were not provided. Sea view available but no balcony and no option to sit by the window. Pungent sewage odor from the bathroom drain. Compact bathroom. A lot of noise from the restaurant and associated DJ (until midnight), the reception and the other rooms or the cleaning service during the morning shift (7 am). Thin walls, you hear everything. Breakfast was a disappoin**ent. No buffet but a limited menu to choose from. Tiny coffee and fruit juice. If you want a second coffee, you pay an additional €3. Would like to have an egg for breakfast, pay extra. No flexibility in the menus possible. Dinner is tasty but very expensive compared to what you get. The location is beautiful. At the end of our stay we were charged costs that we had not incurred. Which caused quite a discussion when checking out... Final decision: enjoy the sunset on the rocks, but leave the hotel and restaurant for what it is.

Totally amazing vibe and setting! Staff friendly! Such a lovely evening! Food was “nice” however for the price we were left slightly disappointed with the main meals. The starters were very tasty! We would recommend but for the experience and setting rather than the food! Very romantic!

The place is spectacular but depending on what they charge...it leaves a lot to be desired, the service was non-existent, the waitress was very friendly but for an hour and a half we were there, we had to ask for them to serve us and for them to bring us the bill, When we received the bill what was our surprise...we ordered a glass of herbs and they served us a shot of herbs from Can Rich for €10, the glass was super nice, the premium ices but in my opinion the price was excessive for what it was...a shame That a group like Mambo that is from here on the island is this bad, we leave with a bad taste in our mouths and crossing a place off our list from which we will not return or recommend.

We booked to go to Hostal La Torres for our anniversary. The week leading up to the booking, including the day of the booking, they had advertised a Halloween menu for dates between 28th-31st. At no time was there a mention of a change of dates. When we arrived we were not offered this menu so we enquired to see it. We were told that the menu was only for 31st. We showed them the advert they had placed on instagram on the day of the booking. The guy just shrugged his shoulders. There was no apology. We were told we could order from the main menu which was by no means comparable in price. We made the decision to leave. Completely ruining a special evening for us. We felt the attitude of staff was rude and not at all apologetic for the inconvenience they had caused. We will not return.

Not everything is worth being in Ibiza. We are more scammed customers... the menu without prices for common drinks such as Coca Cola, coffee, tinto de Verano... fails to comply with the regulations. According to the person in charge, Leo, he told me that at the Hostal La Torre Restaurant they do not list the prices of many drinks because they do not fit the menu (curious… argument). It must be that the summer tinto is a complicated cocktail to make…€12…which I don't mind paying if the place is spectacular and this is not the case…just a nice view and old, uncomfortable furniture. It's not worth it...These places are what make you take with you a bad memory of Ibiza. I've been to other places in Ibiza with better views and facilities with prices elevated but always informed in the letter. In Cala Sant Vicent you have better views and prices.
