TRS Ibiza Hotel- Adults Only+16

The experience is find, therefore I’m here to wrote this comment. If that wasn’t I will never be writing this again and again. I’m just looking forward to have an other wonderful stay. But, there is no AC no AC no AC.

This is the third time I have been to this hotel. I first went in 2022, then in 2023 and now in May 2024. The hotel itself is beautiful but it has really gone downhill since I last visited. The staff and service are nowhere near as helpful, accommodating and friendly as they used to be - there is also clearly not enough of them. We found the reception staff at check in to be quite rude which was disappointing given we had just arrived. The food quality and variety in the buffet restaurant also no longer has the wow factor that it previously did. Don’t get me wrong, we had some nice meals but they seemed to repeat very similar dishes each day and it lacked the variety that it used to have. I also noticed that instead of serving each drink (esp cocktails) in a different glass, with a nice garnish (like they used to do), all drinks were instead being served in the same plastic tumblers. Again, no huge issue but further reduces the quality feel that it used to have. Overall, my third experience of this hotel was by far the least impressive and I hope that the hotel management put steps in place to improve things as it would be a shame for this hotel to continue to go downhill. I’m not sure I’ll rush back again.

Amazing standards of food, accommodation, facilities and service of all staff, will definitely be back.

Could be a great hotel, but by having signature level (black band) you made to feel less important, not a nice feeling for an expensive Hotel

Great stay start to finish. Staff were amazing, as was the quality of the food and all of cocktails/drinks. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic hotel, stayed for 4 nights. Rooms were spotless cleaned daily, we stayed in a partial sea view that overlooked San Antonio bay/sea was a stunning view but do regret not paying for full sea view as the full sea view is absolutely stunning, Main pool area was lovely so clean, nice a**osphere(music was not on early enough in the day but that’s just a small negative)staff were very attentive and if nobody was there to take your order from your lounger was only a short walk to the bar and always quick service, Access to a beach(this is not a private beach) which was stunning but you have to pay for sun loungers, We did not go into the spa area, Gym was great clean and had enough equipment for a good workout, The rooftop bar has the infinity pool and the most amazing views and then by night a DJ plays well the sunsets and it’s just fantastic so beautiful, Restaurants were fantastic the buffet area is all of high quality food (other reviews have mentioned about some of the food on the back counter being cold and unfortunately we experienced this also but again a small negative) Managed to book into the 2 other restaurants El Gaucho and Helios, both were a great experience fantastic food and very attentive service definitely a must. The signature guests are looked after more by the staff and have private areas and access to the spa but this was really not an issue for me as they paid for the extra service so they are only getting what they paid for. Will definitely return as soon as we can

This hotel says they are 5 stars but the people who make and serve the drinks are not nice. Very bad service.

room was partial sea view partial construction/bins, really need to work on the cleaning/housekeeping also. really hard to get booked into restaurants. otherwise great hotel
