Me and my girlfriend stayed here for 5 days, just home and thought I would leave a review as I had seen some less than ideal reviews online. Thankfully the hotel was amazing, extremely clean, really friendly and welcoming staff with no issues whatsoever. Would highly recommend as it’s right near the “west end” *****.

An absolutely fantastic stay. Super clean, friendly staff, rooms were spacious, bathrooms clean, spa was incredible. Super hospitable and helpful, would highly recommend and definitely would go back. A fantastic chilled long weekend. Massages were amazing too!

Fue genial. El personal muy simpático, solícito y flexible, y la habitación muy espaciosa, limpia y agradable. Lo que escriba a partir de ahora no tiene ningún valor porque es solo relleno, tripadvisor no me deja salir de la pantalla hasta que no haga 200 caracteres como mínimo. No se han enterado que lo breve si bueno, dos veces bueno.

Super recomendable!! Atención, servicio, amabilidad. El spa es para probarlo cada fin de semana. Habitación cómoda , limpia . Usé el hotel para una noche con mi pareja y sin duda volveré a repetir. Tienes un parking justo al lado

The shower was broken in my room and there were quite a few robberies during my stay. It appeared the hotel staff were not apologetic for this at all. I spoke with a couple that experienced the theft and they believed it was the staff. The guests even called the police against the hotel.

We stayed at Stic Urban for about a week. The rooms are modern and well equipped. Overall, the demanded over 150€ per night was clearly too high compared to the service provided by the hotel. In addition to minor inconveniences such as the temporary failure of the air conditioning or the potential for improvement in terms of cleanliness of cleaning, the advertised breakfast in particular seemed rather improvised and few organized. The last 3 days of our stay, the hot water in the entire hotel went out without the hotel finding an adequate solution. The hotel's accommodation was a simple coktail at the hotel bar. In the end, there was no further goodwill for the massive restrictions during the last days. Overall, the Stic urban is priced in the range of other 4 star hotels, still has a lot to learn in terms of service and customer orientation to really live up to this rating. We had the impression that the entire hotel still has to train for the upcoming season and we were the first test guests.

Hôtel situé à quelques pas des commerces, restaurants et des activités à San Antoni. L'accueil est chaleureux, le personnel est à l'écoute, souriant. Le spa de 1:30 minutes inclus avec notre suite chaque jours était un pur bonheur, un pur moment de relaxation. Les thérapeutes ; Queta et son collègue sont très doux, agréable, souriant, patient. L'attention pour mon anniversaire était très bien, merci à la réceptionniste. Les espaces communs sont propres, le buffet pour le petit-déjeuner est très bien, varié. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Wonderfully located, very central but not quite in the hustle bustle, which means is super relaxing and quiet. The place is very aesthetically pleasing, super modern, clean, minimalistic and it smells lovely! Rooms cleaned daily, the spa is a definite must for anyone who enjoys a bit of a pamper. Staff are polite and welcoming. We will be back next summer for a longer break if we can!

Geweldig mooi en schoon hotel. Het is de prijs meer dan waard om hier eens te verblijven. Heerlijk “Spa” dagje aan ons bezoek vastgeplakt voor een klein prijsje. Heerlijk restaurant waar je korting krijgt als gast. Al met al TOP! Op loopafstand van de “Sunset *****” waar je een paar prachtige kiekjes van de ondergaande zon kunt maken. Wij maakten ons zorgen om de kosten van de parkeergarage (voor de deur) maar dat viel reuze mee. €35,- voor 24-uur Hier gaan wij zeker terugkomen.
