The best thing about the hotel is the staff that works there. The worst thing is that the air doesn't work well

Be aware that if you travel with children who like to make their fun playing & jumping in the pool it’s not allowed at these apartments!!!! Our 7 & 8 yr old girls were told to stop jumping in & the reason given was that they were wetting the sides of the pool??!!!! On speaking to the reception manager we were told that (quite) ‘it’s a rule in the whole of the Balearics that no jumping in the pool is allowed’ what a load of rubbish!!!! Yet it was ok for the adults who’d been drinking all day to throw each other in & continue to jump in drenching everyone around them!!!! The female member of staff obviously was afraid to say anything to them so picked on our 2 little girls instead!! Shame on you Sal Rossa 😡

Très bel appartement avec piscine qui donne sur une très belle plage. Le seul défaut de ce logement est l'insonorisation (les bruits des autres logements et à l'extérieur) et le passage des avions, mais on s'y fait. Vraiment très bon rapport qualité prix pour le lieu et la proximité avec la vieille ville. Nous avons mangé plusieurs fois au resto de l'hôtel c'était bon, pour des prix raisonnables et avec des serveurs très sympas

Notre séjour était parfait l hôtel est archi propre calme et le personnel est très gentil

Location of this property was 10/10. Everything close shops, restaurants, medical station, police station, the restaurant and serves are Great. But, The manager of the hotel was rude and not helpful. Also, be aware! this hotel has the worst beds in all Ibiza.
