We have just left Mimosa for the second year running and yet again it has delivered on all levels. Sophie, you were just great! Nothing was too much trouble. A real asset to the hotel. Great vibe, rooms, view, pool, breakfast, all👌 we will miss you, until next year!!

It is a beautiful hotel with a very nice atmosphere and everyone was extremely friendly and hospitable! The rooms were beautiful, fantastic outdoor areas and an amazing swimming pool with sunbeds. Everything was remarkably well maintained and cleaned. Moreover, Sophie the hotel manager was great, everything was above expectations but she made the difference for us. Highly recommended!

Graag willen wij even stilstaan bij de geweldige service die wij tijdens ons verblijf hebben ontvangen. In het bijzonder willen wij de manager Sophie bedanken voor haar buitengewone hulp. Dankzij haar waardevolle tips en tricks hebben wij het prachtige eiland Ibiza op een nog betere manier kunnen ontdekken. Haar enthousiasme en expertise hebben ons verblijf onvergetelijk gemaakt. Maar niet alleen Sophie, ook de jongens in de keuken, Camilo en Esteban, elke maaltijd was een ware culinaire ervaring, perfect bereid en met klasse gepresenteerd. Een streling voor het oog en een genot voor de smaakpapillen. En we mogen uiteraard de ontzettend lieve barman, Edu, niet vergeten! :) Zijn talent voor het maken van de beste cocktails en het bieden van een zachte, vriendelijke service, maakte elke avond speciaal. En dan de lieve dames van de housekeeping en receptie. Hun attente zorg en de kleine verrassingen die ze elke avond voor ons achterlieten, maakten ons verblijf extra bijzonder. De zorg die zij zowel 's ochtends als 's avonds boden, was niets minder dan uitstekend. Ons verblijf in jullie geweldig Boutique hotel was een fantastische ervaring. Wij komen zeker en vast terug! Heel erg bedankt!

Heel hartelijk ontvangen door Sofie. Kamers zijn prachtig en kraaknet. Ontbijt wordt aan tafel opgediend en is heel lekker en vers. Ook 's avonds kan je daar lekker eten. Het eten is wel prijzig. Enigste minpunten is dat er mits betaling ligzetels kunnen gereserveerd worden, ook door niet niet hotelgasten. Een aanrader!

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in Las Mimosas. Het voltallig team was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Huiselijke sfeer. Heel mooie en verzorgde inrichting. Superlekker ontbijt. María (receptioniste) heeft leuke lokale tips gegeven voor uitstapjes. Sofie (verantwoordelijke) vroeg regelmatig of alles naar wens was. Kortom ... een aanrader voor een ontspannend verblijf.

We, a couple and teenage daughter had an lovely trip to Ibiza, and our stay in las Mimosas made it absolutely perfect. We loved our room, that was cleaned on a daily base, and the balcony with a view on the swimming pool. The balcony was excellent for some yoga in the morning, the lady at the reception was so kind to borrow me a yogamat from the gym, that I could use during our stay. We enjoyed all the different kinds of breakfast on the menu, and sometimes we had lunch or dinner at the restaurant of the hotel, on the days that we chose to stay at the hotel during the whole day. We loved the quiet atmosphere, swimming in the pool (cold water, brrr:)), chilling on a lounge bed, reading books, and we got a great rest. Every time we returned from a day trip we were welcomed by the manage Sophie in a very warm and friendly way, that made us feel really at home. Las Mimosas is a place that we warmly recommend to everyone that likes a very clean and quiet place with high standard quality

Net terug van een ontzettend fijn verblijf bij Las Mimosas. Werkelijk alles klopte. Allereerst de meest hartelijke ontvangst door manager Sophie, die dagelijks checkte of alles naar onze zin was. Receptioniste Maria hielp ons als echte 'Ibicenca' op weg met tips van bezienswaardigheden en eetgelegenheden die de moeite waard waren. Het bedienend personeel dat het vak goed verstond. Het hotelcomplex zelf voarzag in alle gemakken: zeer comfortabele ligbedden met parasols aan het zwembad, mooi ingerichte tuin met zitjes in de zon en schaduw. Een bijzonder goede keuken. Voor ons klopte het gewoon! Voor een aangename plons in het zwembad was de watertemperatuur wel wat aan de lage kant (begin mei), maar dat mocht de pret niet drukken. Ik zou het haast een verborgen pareltje noemen (in een straatje waar je geen hotel zou verwachten). Kortom, ik zou een verblijf hier zeker aanbevelen!

We really enjoyed our stay at Las Mimosas. We were kindly received by Maria and Sophie, they immediately made us feel at home. All the staff are extremely child-friendly and gave us a fantastic holiday. The food is delicious and fresh, the hotel is very clean and it is a quiet and beautifully designed hotel. Highly recommended to go, we would love to come back.
