Protur Biomar Sensatori Resort

This hotel is amazing. It is a resort rather than a hotel. There are so many different bars and places to relax. In the week we spent there I don't think we even saw all of the resort! There was always sunbeds available and the staff bring drinks to your sunbeds which I was unaware of at the time of booking. This was a lovely surprise. Pool towels are supplied which can be changed daily and towels, dressing gown amd slippers are provided in your room so no need to bring your own towels. The hotel safe was state of the art. You download an app on your phone and it controls the safe, which is included in your price. You have to pay island tax when you check in, which for a week was about €60. Staff were lovely and was always saw the manager around the hotel. Sa coma beach is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel with shops along the way and it is a stunning beach. We also walked into Cala Millor which was about a 40 minute walk and is definately the place to go if you like shopping. We stayed in the adults only hotel. We never go to the same place twice but we are already looking at booking up again next year.

Great hotel. This is our third stay and we received such a warm welcome from the staff. Special thanks to Tommie in the restaurant who looked after us so well and Sergio in the Italian. The food was delicious, as were the cocktails and we enjoyed evenings in the piano bar. Everywhere was nice and clean and the location is great, with Sa Coma just a few minutes walk away.

Lovely hotel, great staff, good food very clean, BUT, why is the entertainment in the building with the bedrooms? Advertised as a quiet area, which it is until the band starts, then you only sleep when the band has finished, which varies each night I had the tv volume on 70 just to compete with the band, please move it outside the building, then I can close sound proofing patio doors, I would then have a choice to listen. Felt like I was in the kids area, such a shame,

Stayed at the Protur Biomar Sensatori for a 3 night trip as a group of 12 women. We stayed in the adults area and had an absolutely amazing time. Was lovely to be greeted on arrival with a glass of cold cava! Rooms: The room was lovely and clean, beds were super comfortable and quite big. Toiletries, robes and slippers, mini bar (soft drinks only), beach towels were all included. The slatted shower wall was interesting, not so bad if you are in a couple but as friends we all got to know each other a bit better 🤣 Food and Drink: We ate in Lyra, the adults only buffet restaurant and all thoroughly enjoyed the food in there. There was a great selection for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We generally sat on 2 tables of 6 unless we were eating at different times and staff were accommodating to us. We requested to book into an a la carte wherever and whenever we could be all together. Reception booked us into the Grill for our last night at 8.30pm which we were grateful for even though it was probably our least preferred choice. The food was okay, some meals were better than others and we were a bit chilly in there. Great choice of drinks including cocktails and branded spirits and there are numerous bars so you never have to go too far to get one. At the restaurants, you can get only soft drinks, beer or wine so if you want something different you need to remember to get it from a bar beforehand/during meals. We had to checkout early on our last day, so were able to get an early breakfast from the Grill but it had very limited options. The coffee shop was a nice treat too! Pools: The adults only pool was very quiet and very cold so we mainly spent our time around the family pool. This was a bit chilly but fine once you got in. It would have been nice if they had some music playing here, we had a speaker that we used when we were the only people there as we didn't want to annoy anyone. We had no issues getting sunbeds together. The rooftop pool was lovely and warm but very small and the rooftop bar wasn't open so we didn't spend long there. Entertainment/Facilities: During the day, some of us used the gym, bike hire and the hydrothermal pool, sauna and steam room which were great facilities to be able to access without additional charges. A couple of our group also booked spa trea**ents which they enjoyed. We felt the evening entertainment was a bit lacking but could have been because it was early in the season. There were things listed in the app but when we went to find it, it wasn't actually happening. There was a singer in the adults only building each evening and various things going on in the Piano Bar. We joined in with Jukebox Bingo and were able to dance when the singers/musicians were playing something a bit more lively. Off Site: We had a private transfer which took about an hour to/from the airport. We walked to Sa Coma Beach which took about 10 minutes and was beautiful and there are lots of shops on the way for any souvenirs.

From the minute we stepped foot into the hotel we were treated like royalty by the amazing staff. Prosecco reception, bags taken up to room...great start!! Then the room, all I can say is wow!! Beautiful room, airy, bright, immaculate. Rooms cleaned and beds made every day, fresh towels daily, cleaners are wonderful. The hotel is outstanding, best I've ever stayed in, the staff and the management make this place the dream it is, it's such a well run establishment and the management are always around including the tui reps who are great and extremely informative. The chefs, the food, the waiters, the bar staff, the drinks...10/10! I actually took the manager aside and told him he should be extremely proud of the resort and his staff, they are just exceptional, always happy and go above and beyond so you have the best holiday experience. If you are looking at going here, do not hesitate, just book it. We are going back next year and we were gutted to leave. Christina, Sergio and Fabiosa certainly gave us plenty of laughs and smiles, but all staff are wonderful. You will not be disappointed going here. The area is lovely, 10 minute walk to beach, plenty of shops. The spa on site is wonderful as are the al a carte restaurants. Pools are wonderful and activities are aplenty - highlight was the pool mat run, hilarious! We cant wait to see everyone next year! There is nothing I could say that is bad. The food is fantastic. The staff are attentive, they come to you to fill up your glass even around the pool. Ali in the adults lounge with all the others are absolutely brilliant. Shay (General Manager) is always approachable with a smile which is infectious and the other staff follow in his professionalism. The rooms are cleaned daily and the fridge is topped up daily with no additional charges. Go to Thea's for a coffee and cookie. This is the second time in 2 years we've stayed and it won't be the last. Downside - a few guest got quite giddy drunk but a quite chat from Management and there was no further issues. (Doesn't that happen when people want to enjoy themselves)

This hotel is excellent in many ways. The family area has nice bars and restaurants and the adult area can be peaceful. The staff are great. The food is amazing. We had a garden room which was great. Our one week holiday was partly spoilt by a large group of around 30 people on a stag/hen party...May 2nd to May 7th. These people had no consideration to the other guests and took over a large part of the adult area. They were noisy,singing, playing their own music and generally tiresome.What a relief to most guests when they left. The manager tried to sort it but he had no security back up. It seems to us that a lovely 5 star hotel should be more careful in taking large group bookings as for sure we wouldnt return if this is normal.

This hotel ticks every single box! Traveled with my partner, mum and 2 year old daughter, the room was spacious, modern and very clean. Mini fridge is filled with soft drinks daily, beds are really comfy and my little girl slept so well all week in the travel cot we were given. All of the staff work extremely hard and are all approachable and very friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. The children’s pool is absolutely freezing, we weren’t greeted with the best weather and maybe that’s why the pool is so cold, because of this there wasn’t many in that pool - the main pool seems a lot warmer so most parents were just in that one with the kids, in floats etc. Food and drinks are great, plenty of choice, it didn’t really seem that repetitive compared to some AI hotels I’ve been to before. They do a themed night every night (Italian, BBQ, Indians etc.) It’s only a short walk to the beach and to bars shops and restaurants. Beach is absolutely stunning! My little girls highlight was her daily visit to see the hotels cat (the hotel isn’t invested with cats, it’s just this one!) who she enjoyed seeing every day. Entertainment team are phenomenal and do not stop all day! They cater for absolutely every single age, and they can all sing and dance so well!! My little girl went to baby club a few times which she loved, I would have liked to get her in more as she had such a good time but it was fully booked for most of the week (I assumed this was probably due to the not so good weather) There’s not one thing I can say bad about this hotel and we will definitely be coming back!
