We stayed at the TUI Blue Sensatori Biomar the first week of June, and while our experience was largely positive, it felt more like an excellent 4-star hotel rather than a true 5-star experience. There are a few areas where the hotel could improve to fully meet its 5-star rating. Location & Building: The location is superb, with easy to walk to beautiful beaches, local shops, as well as a public bus stop which goes to Palma (£5 each way, you can pay with card). These all added significantly to the enjoyment of our stay. The adults only hotel building is outstanding, the rooms are lovely and very clean and well looked after. Service and Feedback: We encountered a few minor issues during our stay, but the hotel's feedback system via the app was efficient, and we noticed improvements as our holiday progressed. The staff were responsive and committed to addressing our concerns, which was appreciated as it showed they really cared. Spa Experience: The Spa was a bit of a letdown due to its high demand (and I believe a member of staff was off sick). We couldn't book a 30-minute treatment until the fourth day of our holiday, and manicures were only available on our last day. This may also be because the Spa services are also available to guests from other nearby hotels increasing demand. Family Area and Entertainment: The family area was very busy with children, making it lively but sometimes slightly overwhelming. However, the entertainment provided in the family area was far more entertaining which meant we kept spending the evenings in the family area Piano Bar rather than adults only area (we just had to accept there was A LOT of children). The adults only area does have live music from a variety of performers who are very talented musicians however it lacks atmosphere as a place to spend the whole evening. Speciality Dining: Our experience with the speciality dining was mixed, which is a shame as we were drawn to the hotel due to this offering. The Indian restaurant was excellent, offering delicious and authentic dishes with outstanding service. However, the Asian and Grill options didn’t quite meet our expectations. As we booked an ‘adults only’ hotel we were disappointed that after the first speciality experience we questioned whether we wanted to go to the others as whilst the food was great, they were full of children – even though we booked the latest dining time of 8:30pm which was off-putting. Whilst approaches to parenting have nothing to do with the hotel – there was several very loud ipads/phones being played at both of these restaurants during our meals to keep various children quiet listening to Toy Story or Dancing Jellies on the tables around us which was awful. I’m not sure why they can’t use headphones or a reasonable volume but regardless we believe to accommodate for the adults who have booked an ‘adults only’ experience there should either be an adult only evening in these restaurants or a dining time that is adults only. The perfect family holiday. This campus benefits from an 'adult only' and a family side, giving the perfect balance for those travelling with grandparents as additional childcare. The facilities are great, cleanliness is high on the agenda, and the staff are lovely and work incredibly, incredibly hard. The food has been truly breath-taking. Childcare options are also brilliant (as long as you book promptly at 17:00 the day before via the TUI Blue app, which isn't explained on the app). There were a few minor negatives (and they were very minor), but they were mainly with the design and facilities in the room. For example, the family rooms have sinks that are set too far back to be comfortable for adults, let alone children. Also, the bins are tiny and we only had one. Three nappies a day filled it up. We are already looking at how to return here next year. Book with confidence.

On behalf of my family who stayed in room 324 for 10 nights, we would like to express our sincere appreciation and gratitude to every member of staff at the hotel. The hotel is immaculate, extremely well maintained, set in beautiful grounds, has an amazing set of pools and is of such a high standard that it deserves in our opinion more than a 5 star rating. Every member of staff works so very hard to deliver a first class service. From reception, maintenance, housekeeping, chefs, waiting staff, bar staff, tui reps, entertainment, management. Everyone has delivered quite possibly the best service possible. It truly was a first class.. You really want for nothing as soon as you set foot into the hotel. Tomeo was an amazing restaurant host. His cheerful, professional and personal touch was a joy to receive. What a great host. Carmella was an amazing waitress. She went above and beyond expectations to our family. Italo was such a cheerful and friendly pool bar member. They stood out as such an asset to the hotel. A big thank you to the general manager (I apologize for not catching your name) for being such a happy, friendly and never too busy to speak and mix with guests. Every meal was excellent, every food item was appealing, every drink was great, the room (324) was spotless and had an amazing view. The hotel was absolutely perfect and deserves such recognition for the entire effort of every person who works there. I cannot thank you all enough for your extremely hard and professional work you do. You are in my opinion one of the best hotels in the world. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to feel like royalty. You were more than hotel staff for the 10 nights we were there, you were like friends who took great pride in your hosting skills. Not forgetting the huge hard work that the coffee shop staff did everyday. Such great staff. Great hotel. They deserve recognition and huge success for what they do. Thank you so much for the greatest family holiday we've ever had. Perfect and amazing. We will remember you all fondly and with gratitude. Adiós amigos

This review relates only to the adults only section of this hotel as we didn't use the facilities in the family section, it was half term and very busy. In comparison the adult only section is an oasis of tranquility and calm. The first and most important thing that I wanted to say is I think they must feed the staff happy pills, everyone and I do mean every single person we encountered was lovely, smiley, happy, helpful, it just felt like they all love where they work! Everything is brand new, built in January I believe, and the completely round building feels almost like something out of a sci-fi movie, and is quite high tech. We had a swim up room on the first floor, yep you get a balcony AND a pool, we used it every day, perfect for privacy and peace and quiet. Because we didn't venture into the family section we only ate at the two restaurants in the adult section, one being a pool side snack bar. The food in both was really good quality but the main buffet restaurant in particular was superb and the menu changes every night so eating in only one place was not a problem. Couldn't fault the drinks, branded spirits, great cocktail selection and of course the bar staff knew within a day what our favourite drinks were (attention to detail!). The entertainment on this side is not overpowering, we had singers, a very talented young lady on sax and a jazz band one night. Last thing to mention is the spa, included in the AI are all the steam rooms and saunas, plus ice bucket and a great thermal pool with jets. We used it every day bar two. This hotel is pure relaxation, if you are looking for an adult hotel with heaps of class then this is it! Thank you to you all.

Great family holiday but room for improvement. Whilst the adults areas are 5* the family areas I believe are 4* The evening entertainment for children was fantastic (though it often failed to run to time meaning you could miss it inadvertently). The food, even at the buffet was varied and good. We did have concerns about allergens being consistently identified. Having traveled with someone with a severe nut allergy we were shocked to find nut based ice creams are offered with one scoop provided for all. The rooms are dated with paint scuffs and laminate peeling from bathroom units. We booked a suite which had a sofa bed for our daughter. The metal mechanism within protruded and injured her. The floor around the indoor pool was lifting and frankly unsafe. The staff were generally friendly and helpful with the exception of a blonde woman at the family pool bar who was rude. She tutted and talked about guests who dared request a drink which required her to rinse a blender. Many guests commented upon her poor attitude. The hotel is advertised using multiple pictures of rooftop infinity pools. These are bookable at a premium. Only one is open to all at the adults hotel. It is small with only 3 day beds so you struggle to get a space. The kids club looked great but we failed to obtain a space all week. The app opens for booking at 5pm with all places gone by 5:01pm. I’m not sure if this was because it was half term or the number of available spaces is dwarfed by hotel capacity. The hotel is a short walk to the beach and offers bikes free of charge.

faultless experience !!! after having issues on previous TUI all inclusive resorts i had some doubts this would be any better, how wrong i was! this place is how all inclusive should be ! pay a bit more and get the sort of service and experience normally only found in the most expensive hotels. we found the staff in every department to be friendly and helpful and always with a big smile nothing was too much trouble, they obviously have had some good training. the hotels overall decor and bedrooms are all pristine and very clean the maids do a great job. the seating is comfortable everywhere and the sunbeds are pretty good. the pool area is great some shaded areas and good quality decking , pool was slightly cool as it was a little windy on a couple of days but still great to get in . the pool bar and swim up bar was great also. one of the best things about this resort is the drinks are nearly all premium well known brands unlike other places where you pay extra and very well served. wine was a local red and white again very good very drinkable spanish wine....occasionally too drinkable!!! the food offering is very very good lots of variety and themed nights always looked fresh even at the end of service at all mealtimes, we normally eat out in the evenings at an all inclusive , we didnt need to bother as the food here is that good especially the gala steak BBQ evening , where proper large steaks were served as you liked it , very good! A good tip is try the rooftop pool for a quiet suntrap with large double beds and views out to sea, no bar here but easy to get drinks. we will definitely stay here again highly recommended , well done Tui and Protur Biomar Sensatori Resort team ! thank you Andy & Sarah

We stayed in a swim up room in the adult building and glad we did. The pool was nice and warm but the adult area pool was freezing! Food and drink was excellent and the staff were always helpful and happy. We stayed in room 151. The room itself is nice and clean and modern but I was a bit unsure at first as it was quite shaded on the terrace but it was nice and quiet and got the sun in the afternoon. Something to be aware of is the shower can be seen through from the bedroom. Overall a good stay and would go back again.

From live music and dance performances to engaging activities for kids, there was always something to look forward to. The poolside entertainment was great , with fun and interactive games that kept the children (and adults!) entertained for hours. Offering a wide range of high-quality options to suit every taste and dietary requirement, the variety of options at the buffet was impressive. A lacarte restaurants were brilliant. what truly set sensatori biomar apart was its exceptional staff. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, friendly, and seemed genuinely invested in making our stay as enjoyable as possible.
