La atención al cliente de este hotel es maravillosa, todo el personal desde recepción hasta comedor y bares. Todo el personal pero destacar a Francisco del bar y Patricia de comedor, que te hacen sentir especial, pendientes de que no falte de nada y ya al segundo día ya sabían lo que nos gustaba o no. Super limpio y todo super ordenado. Recomendadisimo sin duda repetiremos.

Hotel zweite Reihe, Vorsicht bei Zimmer ohne Poolblick, geht gar nicht!, Sicht auf Disko und Strasse, sonst nix ausser dem Lärm! Team an der Rezeption, dem Buffet-Restaurant und der Bar (Pool und Inside) einfach nur TOP, megalieb und, zuvorkommend - die eigentlichen "Entertainer" des Hotels! Leider sind diese nicht die Verantwortlichen, dann wäre das Hotel besser zu bewerten!

Das Hotel hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals ist besonders hervorzuhebend. Lediglich der Geräuschpegel bei geöffnetem Fenster, duch Straßenverkehr und Disco ist ein Minuspunkt.

Wir waren mit unserer Enkelin, 10 Jahre, eine Woche im Hotel und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und in allen Bereichen sehr freundlich. Werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Lovely hotel, Very clean and friendly staff. Quality of the food was excellent . Very quick service. Good location as a short walk to the beach and shops.
