Remfort Hotel

We had a wonderful stay here !! Location is perfect and hotel staff amazing all the time ! The rooms are super clean !/ Ac really good / free breakfast and good / next door Ban ban it’s Yummy and if you want spa ( massage and nails or hair right in the corner) you can walk to downtown from here and if you need and umbrella let let you borrow it/ I loved it next time I come I will satay here again. Thank you

Very friendly staff, cozy clean/updated rooms, appreciated that breakfast started at 630am with many tasty options. Some of the rooms are located off the busy street so inquire in advance or bring earplugs.

Staff was great and room very clean. My only issue is the window betwwen the shower and room. There is a blind covering most of the window, but you don't have full bathroom privacy.

Overall I enjoyed my stay. Front desk staff were friendly and spoke English which was nice. Decent area. Close to convenience store and gym. Room was fine. Internet was a bit spotty. Only issues were no drinking water access (you have to buy your own) and the pool is freezing cold. I am from Canada and it was too cold for me. I was there nine days and never saw anyone in the pool. Not sure what is the point of having a pool it if it’s too cold to actually swim in. There is a cool local freshwater pool that is worth checking out (Apanteos pool).

Room was clean and staff was very attentive. Our only inconvenience was that our room window looked out to a balcony used by other guests. We had to close the blinds for privacy and felt a bit claustrophobic.

We liked our one-night stay at the Remfort Hotel in Santa Ana as part of our holiday in El Salvador. There aren't any luxury hotels available in Santa Ana and the Remfort was the best accommodation we could find. It is a good quality three star hotel located in a good part of Santa Ana. We particularly liked the onsite parking given the location. It was so easy to drive in and park at the front door of the hotel with a guard looking after the car. It is a flat 10 minute walk from the hotel to the main square in the centre of the town. There are a number of restaurants in reasonable proximity to the hotel - an Uber cost us just US$1.5 each way. The room itself was basic but spacious and functional. It was very clean. The staff at the hotel were most helpful and the breakfast was adequate. We were happy with our stay and would be happy to recommend it.

Extremely noisy room all day and all night. Strong smell of cleaning products. No amenities. Very basic breakfast with small portions. Terrible, can’t recommend.

Very nice hotel, great staff, convenient location; overall very good stay. Try and get an odd numbered room that does NOT face the streets, as the main streets can be quite noisy.
