It is motel with basic room. Small windows. Four of the 6 lights in the room didnt work. No head board. Just sement wall to rest on. There is a deposite to enter the room. I was told their car for the aiport was $40 to $45 when the uber was only $10.

One of the beds in the room the springs were broken and hitting the platform under it. The air conditioning wasn’t adjustable only one fan speed, toilet paper holder was broken. Cheap pillows, we have stayed at this property before several times and it’s showing decline. They are always working on the pool and always there’s construction. No noise limitations we had to take a handicap room that was off the pool and people talked in and conversation all night long. The only thing going for this place is the location in Santa Anna is pretty good. The staff also seem not to care anymore. I think that’s our last stay at hotel Louisiana although we’ve been going there for over 10 years.

This was a great hotel! IStaff is great, always with a smile even with rude customers ( I was waiting for my turn and previous customer was really a bad one, and there guys were awesome handling it). They have a VERY reasonable price, you get a big room, really clean and big pool for the lowest price in the area. We had a nice breakfast buffet, it's not all you can eat, you can have one portion of each, but they had 15 different choices, so very good! Familiar, calm, clean, totally recommend

I liked a lot to stay at Hotel Luisana! The stuff is awesome and the place has a soul, which makes it enjoyable to stay. At the breakfast the Beatles were played, that should tell al. It is close to the airport, has a nice pool, a secured parking, and valuable pricing. Il iked it.

Soy de Liberia y fui de trabajo con la empresa , la ubicación es muy conveniente porque está cerca de todo, pero sin la bulla de los carros. El desayuno estilo buffet muy completo con como 12 opciones desde pinto, pancakes, frutas, etc! no entiendo como hacen para poder ofrecerlo a tan solo $7 que pagué. La cama muy cómoda y la habitación muy limpia y amplia, Es staff super amable y con una sonrisa. De verdad excelente costo beneficio, nada ni similar en Santa Ana o Escazú. MUY RECOMENDADO

La verdad que sabia de ir en un hotel con pocas comodidades, pero me esperaba un trato mas amable, habitacion muy vieja y muy fria y lo peor un desayuno que estaba incluido (con una tarifa de 30 €) que fue algo riduculo.
Asi que conviene pagar por lo que se come y no incluirlo
