This hotel was fairly dated. It was a little dark and the hotel needed quite a bit of updating. The room furniture was older as well. However, they were very friendly and helpful at the front desk. The Wi-Fi wasn't great. They do give you bottled water when you arrive. And the hotel is only a short distance from the John Wayne airport.

-During my 3 nights' stay, I asked front desk to arrange house keeping for room cleaning but they didn't set up one (wow...they kept forgetting as checked). -Parking is horrible, you paid but you couldn't find any spot to park after 8pm at night. It is very small parking lot. -Overall, the management seems very USELESS there - never be helpful to solve any problems which making a lot of negative reviews on Google. -Will never book this hotel again for my next travel at Irvine area.
