A Disappointing Stay
The service was shockingly lackluster. The staff seemed disinterested and unresponsive to guests' needs. It was as if my presence inconvenienced them rather than being welcomed. Requests for assistance were met with indifference, leaving me feeling like an afterthought.

The Holiday Inn in the United States is not as good as the Holiday Inn in China. The sanitary conditions are not bad. I just don't understand why they didn't clean the room after staying for 2 days. Everything else is okay.

We stayed for 8 days and only 1 day our room was cleaned. The housekeeping is done on the 3rd day of you stay and that's it. Only 1 roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. The carpet on the hallway is dirty with stains and has a weird smell. Not greetings from the lobby personnel, never said good morning or good night. They're rude, careless. Excellent service from the bartender. The hotel charges for parking but if you pay cash is cheaper then paying with card. I won't stay here again.

The room keeping staff at this hotel take pride in their work and keep the property rooms looking pristine. Service was friendly, beds were comfy, TV worked, AC worked great what else can you ask for?

The shower/tub switch was not working properly. In addition, the tub stopper had to be completely removed for the water to drain. Upon check out, I advised the staff and not even an apology was offered let alone any sort of compensation. The property was indeed clean, and the bed was comfortable. The bartender the night before, was very kind and a delight.
