Don't be fooled by the name Hilton. Apart from the middle area, there is a little bit of fun. The rooms are old and dim, as if you have entered a motel. It was so cold at night in late January that the air conditioner was turned on. It felt like it had been used for forty years and it started to make noise when it was turned on. It made a loud noise; the hot water was poor and often suddenly spurted out extremely hot water; the room had a musty smell and the windows had to be opened for ventilation when not in the room; a youth group came when we checked in and chased each other in the corridor outside with howls and howls. The fight was approaching eleven o'clock, and the hotel didn't care at all. btw, there is no free parking, the difference between valet and self park is only two yuan.

The staff there is so slow. The manager, Tam, is lovely. The other people working at the desk are slow and rude. The wait staff in the restaurant/bar are very nice & lovely.
The rooms are old but fine. The pool wasn’t heated and freezing. The hotel is right on top of the freeway so it’s loud.

Hotel in an excellent location in relation to the airport and Irvine, CA but the room was really bare and run down. At least the 6th floor was with rust/dirt at the bottom of the bathroom entrance and dirty spots where items had been spilled on the carpet and not cleaned before I checked in. Love the hotel outside the room!!

Upon arrival the lobby looked nice at first glance. When I got into elevator two different sets of people said, "Wait until you see your room. It's like a Motel 6. Just wait." Well, they were right. Baseboards dirty and stained. Chairs old and gross. Furniture old and faded. I can handle that, but the customer service was horrible. I needed a key card and breakfast passes and the person at front desk was so weird and rude. Didn't give me what I asked for and had to return twice. The key cards constantly malfunctioned which was a major problem for my son and his friend returning from basketball games. This was a bad stay. I'll never stay there again.

when we arrived, I noticed there were only two towels and one bar of soap in the bathroom. The shower was out of body soap. I mentioned it to the receptionist. She said she would have more towels sent up, which never happened. The following day we spent the whole day at Disneyland. When we got back the room hadn't been clean. This was about the worst stay I can ever remember that I've had in my 70 Plus years.
