I LOVE THIS PLACE ! Best Hilton family I’ve ever been. Great job Staff keep up the good work.

The staff there is so slow. The manager, Tam, is lovely. The other people working at the desk are slow and rude. The wait staff in the restaurant/bar are very nice & lovely. The rooms are old but fine. The pool wasn’t heated and freezing. The hotel is right on top of the freeway so it’s loud.

Hotel in an excellent location in relation to the airport and Irvine, CA but the room was really bare and run down. At least the 6th floor was with rust/dirt at the bottom of the bathroom entrance and dirty spots where items had been spilled on the carpet and not cleaned before I checked in. Love the hotel outside the room!!

Don't be fooled by the name Hilton. Apart from the middle area, there is a little bit of fun. The rooms are old and dim, as if you have entered a motel. It was so cold at night in late January that the air conditioner was turned on. It felt like it had been used for forty years and it started to make noise when it was turned on. It made a loud noise; the hot water was poor and often suddenly spurted out extremely hot water; the room had a musty smell and the windows had to be opened for ventilation when not in the room; a youth group came when we checked in and chased each other in the corridor outside with howls and howls. The fight was approaching eleven o'clock, and the hotel didn't care at all. btw, there is no free parking, the difference between valet and self park is only two yuan.

The room is huge. It is a one-bedroom and one-living room suite. But the room is very old. I guess the hotel has been around for a long time.

Let's talk about the advantages first, the environment is OK, relatively quiet, and the nearby Plaza can be reached by car in a few minutes. Disadvantages, the facilities are relatively old and even damaged, and some rooms have peculiar smell, to be precise, the damp mold smell, which is concentrated in the living room, which affects the accommodation experience. There is a lot of foam in the SPA pool, and the smell of disinfectant bleach is particularly strong, which is not very good. All in all, if you want to be economical and need a suite space, this is OK. But after all, you get what you pay for, so don't get your hopes up here. If you want to live in a good suite, choose some high-end hotels.

The basic necessities of the hotel, including bottled water, are not equipped. The carpets are generally hygienic. It takes more than half an hour to check in at 4 o'clock in the afternoon.

Solo travel

The staff was amazing and very friendly, especially the Bellman/shuttle driver. Hotel is dated and worn the floor behind the toilet looks like it had never been cleaned. We were told that homeless people come on the balcony so we kept our door locked and didn’t use the balcony they expressed that they had a cocktail hour with food, the food was some tortilla chips with some terrible salsa and some fruit. I remember when Embassy suites had at least one warm appetizer if not more would probably not recommend this hotel.

This hotel is very dated and deteriorating. Everything felt dirty and dingy. Bathroom doorjam was rusted through on both sides, weird/gross stains on curtain, HVAC is very dated and entire building is either set to heat, cool, or neither. The room was very muggy and humid, carpet always felt damp. Pool and hottub looked nice in the pictures but once there the ceiling was falling down, broken and missing tiles in the spa made me worried someone was going to get cut. The pictures and listing definitely give a false impression of what the hotel is really like. They couldn't even give us enough towels the first night for our entire family. The only positive was the people working the breakfast were kind, helpful and made good omlets. And the front desk employees did their best with what they were given.

We have stayed at this hotel many times over the last 3 years. This stay was probably the worst we have ever had there. The check in lines were very long, housekeeping didn’t answer the phones. Our family members staying in different rooms had dirty sheets. The food however was excellent. I’m hoping this was just a staff storage weekend and not an every day thing. We would stay here again and give it another chance just because we have had so many excellent stays there.

Pretty run down gym was really dirty, room didn’t have a hairdryer or bath mat. Room wasn’t very clean and the window must have leaked from the rain because the carpet was wet.

There was difficulty with our card opening our room and the 530am shuttle to the airport never showed up so we had to call an Uber. Was not happy, there were 5 of us

When I first walked in the hotel, I thought it was beautiful. However, the clerk was new and couldn't answer simple questions, such as what time does the pool close. Upon entering the room (630), the ceiling above the shower was peeling and the towel rack had been ripped off the wall. The next day, we went to breakfast and after standing in line, we were told to present our tickets, which I never received, so I had to get out of line and go to the front desk to get a breakfast ticket. Also, they had ran out of face towels and was told that they had been out since the following night.
