I ask for coffee i never got it and I ask if they service the room and they service rooms if you stay mor then 7 days I work at ahotels where we service the rooms every day

Was great when I got it on a discount. Comfortable room. Good location. Gym was decent wish there was free rates or kettle bells/medicine balls but enough to get some good work in.

I was trying to book a room for the 24th but your ***** Wedsite booked it for the next day so I had to sleep in my car because check in wasn't untill 3 pm the next day so I canceled the room witch the hotel allowed ut you guys are still Sking for the money that im not paying you

Women clerk working the lobby desk was most unhelpful . We extended our stay by a day and we were met with a demand for an additional $200 deposit. This clerk refused to rollover the existing$200. deposit for a room that was $75. If she had her way we would have $400 tied up in deposits for a 2 day stay. Bad customer service and Bad Business.
