This was the best hotel on our West Coast trip, even more comfortable than the 5-star hotel we stayed at in Las Vegas. We liked it so much we booked another hotel from the same chain later in Monterey. Parking was super convenient, right in front of our room, and it was free – plus they had breakfast! Where else can you find that? The scenery was beautiful, and it was incredibly kid-friendly. The pool was heated, though we didn't use it. There's also a self-service laundry room with dryers, but you need to download an app to top up and use them. Highly recommend booking a stay here!

Very noisy. Even if you have do not disturb sign on door, they will still bother you. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in quite some time.

Room is simple and modern. Spacious enough for a couple. Very quiet and clean place, has free self parking and close to stores.

Overall, it's pretty good. There's a Macy's and Target nearby. The only downside is that the price is a bit high.
