The hotel is in an awesome spot! You can walk everywhere and it’s in the heart of the Santa Barbara area. We loved the lobby and spent time there relaxing. Our only issue was that the room was never cleaned and we had to ask for towels and the trash to be emptied.

From the location to the staff. Riviera Beach House is the place to stay. Its safe, staff is welcoming and the Mole was phenomenal.

Cozy room with private patio was perfect for the season. Bathroom compact with european style fixtures. The property was very clean and tidy. It was an easy walk from the train station. The staff was helpful and friendly, very professional. I expected to hear more noise from the trains, but it was surprisingly tranquil considering the proximity to both freight rail and travel rail roads.

The location was perfect. The check in was simple. The room was extremely small. Probably worse than NYC. My shower at night was fine. Felt like i showered in the toilet. The shower in the AM was freezing cold. I probably would not stay again

Riviera, was exactly what I was looking for and loved the restaurant attached to the building. No hot water during my stay is what really ruined the vibe.

Location is so central to the Pier. Loved being walking distance from the Funk Zone and there was so many beautiful bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel has a lovely boutique vibe that we really liked. The sitting are in the foyer is also a great touch.

I was really looking forward to staying at the Riviera Beach House after reading so many good reviews, but my experience was disappointing. The room was much smaller than expected, and for the price, it felt very expensive. I also noticed spider webs and dust near the window, which made the room feel less clean. The coffee machine in the room didn’t work, which was frustrating in the morning. The location is good, and the staff were polite, but I think the hotel needs to pay more attention to cleanliness and room maintenance.
