The hotel is in an awesome spot! You can walk everywhere and it’s in the heart of the Santa Barbara area. We loved the lobby and spent time there relaxing. Our only issue was that the room was never cleaned and we had to ask for towels and the trash to be emptied.

The location was incredible. The redo lobby was beautiful. Would have loved to enjoy our private patio when it wasn’t raining.

Good location but the rooms are very small. They need to redesign the layout and get more space efficient furnishing for it to work like a capsule hotel. Additionally, they charge an extra $45/night for parking and $75/night for pets so you will need to add $110/night on top of the daily rate for your reservation. After the added fees, this property is actually more expensive than better hotels nearby,

Very clean, updated rooms. Bathrooms are a little congested for two people, but I’d definitely stay here again. Great location and comfy clean beds. Friendly staff.

The staff was lame. Did not inform needed to REQUEST maid service. Overcharged both my sister and my credit cards, duplicating charges. Valet is a joke-$48 and you get your own car. One day valet put someone else’s keys in my car and I could have driven away with them. The hotel interior is beautiful but the rooms are TINY. The location is great.

The Room was so small. Our luggage took up the only walking space. There was no area to keep luggage out of the way. The bathroom was tiny. No counter space. The shower had no doors and the water splashed into the bathroom area. The parking was 49$ a night. There was parking offered 2 blocks away for 42$ a night. There was no late check out available. I was very disappointed.

Small room but very clean and modern. Very nice common areas to relax and have a beverage. Lots of dining options and easy walk to Funk Zone, which is very fun. Not far from State Street promenade. Excellent location. Parking expensive.
