Not that great . Small room . Maid was taking a lunch break in my room after cleaning while I sat in parking lot for an already late checkin .

I I was given a room at the top of the stairs and it was incredibly noisy because the hotel was sold out. Hard surface flooring meant that sound traveled and I heard everything all night unfortunately. Otherwise, a reasonable hotel for a reasonable rate

It was ok, good location. No breakfast items or 24 hour front desk. Very run down room in deep need of repairs. Had a microwave and refrigerator which was great. TV was good. Bed sloped in the middle. Walks very thin. Get what you pay for!!

Great place to stay when in Santa Barbara. Both my daughters live there so I stay there regularly. Quiet and everything you need in all around you. Great restaurants a mall and Target are within walking distance

The person at the front desk was never there whenever we went. There was breakfast advertised but there was no breakfast, the maid said she had already spoken to the owner about taking it down but it was still up. The room was clean but the paint on the walls and door was chipped or had weird stains on them. Everything else in Santa Barbara was booked otherwise I would never have stayed here. The nerve to charge over $200.

Room was dirty and run down and had a very strong odor of perfume which caused allergies for me. WiFi did not work.
