I am an event planner for a Santa Barbara based company, where we hold our annual kickoff. This is my second year having our event at The Courtyard SB Downtown and I have to say how much I LOVE working with this hotel! To start, it's an absolutely beautiful property in a great location just steps from downtown SB and it doesn't look ANYTHING like your typical Courtyard property. It looks like it belongs in Palm Springs :) The restaurant / bar is super cute and the menu is delicious! Second, and most importantly, the staff! I've worked with Jacki Dawson the past two years on my event and she is such a pro, however, this was my first time working with Jessica Perez and she is an absolute dream to work with. She is professional, she gets things done quickly and so well organized. Then you have their fabulous front desk and restaurant staff. EVERYONE was so amazing to my attendees and really made our stay so enjoyable. Santa Barbara is not an easy location to plan a corporate event, but this team REALLY made my life easier. We can't wait to be back in 2025!!! :)
