The staff in the store are very helpful and proactively provide new rags and dishwashing sponges. The room is also very clean and the facilities are basically complete. Hot coffee is available in the lobby and pets are allowed.

The check in process was easy but the room was not clean. There was hair on the pillows and the toilet seat was not clean. When i went to the front desk to let them know, i was met with an eye roll and a "what"? Very unprofessional! My room got changed and was better but the bathroom floor was sticky so still not clean. My check out process was easy and the clerk was much more professional. I will not stay here again.

The rooms were supposed to be non smoking but 2 of the rooms smelled so bad . Both of those rooms had a smoke smell. I will not go back there again. I was tempted to just walk out and get a refund.

Grab and go breakfast I wasn’t expecting that. A bit old and outdated but ok. Sheets did t look to clean or they may have been stained. It was ok.

Good service by staff. Hot water in the shower! The room was clean and everything worked good. I’ll be coming back next week. I would suggest a refresh on the interiors for the look is dated.
