Everything about this stay was enjoyable! I was very warmly received and the communication at the front desk was superb. The room was very tastefully decorated and comfortable for a business traveler. The location is also perfect as it is situated in the heart of Downtown SB and the waterfront.

This is a wonderful hotel! All the staff are helpful, responsive, and pleasant; the parking lot is well lit; and the rooms are scrupulously clean. I'll definitely be staying here again!

The property was nice. Very clean and recently renovated. There was a few things I didn’t like about the room, the mattress was hard as a rock and the frame seems rickety. There was no mirror other than the one in the restroom which makes it difficult for a couple to get ready at the same time.

Location was perfect. Walking distance to beach, downtown and train station. Majority of staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Welcoming cookies and 24/7 coffee/tea and fruit in lobby was a nice touch. Updated room was clean and roomy. Negatives: housekeeping forgot to clean room after request was made at front desk and room clean card was posted at door knob. Hotel also had construction activities going on in the grounds and in some rooms while we were there and took away a relaxed feeling one expects from a getaway.
