Nice spacious room with balcony. Clean. A friendly staff. Quiet. Nice garden. A good local restaurant across the street. Parking on street. 5 min drive from Santa Brígida.

Nos decantamos por el hotel escuela de Santa Brígida para la celebración de nuestra boda por la confianza que nos dieron desde el departamento de eventos. Somos una pareja que vive fuera de las islas y nos preocupaba que fuera difícil de organizar la boda. Todo lo contrario, nos ayudaron en todo momento, cuentan con una amplia lista de proveedores, un equipo que siempre está disponible para resolver dudas. Están muy bien organizados, pero también cuentan con una gran flexibilidad para adapt**** a las necesidades de la pareja. El lugar es idílico, todos los invitados quedaron impresionados con lo bonita que fue la ceremonia. En el cóctel los aperitivos eran muy ricos y variados, igual que el menú del banquete que fue excepcional, tal y como habíamos hablado el día de la degustación. Todo ha sido un 10/10. Agradecemos el trabajo que han hecho desde los distintos departamentos.

The people are friendly and very helpfull to make your stay so comfortable als possible.
This hotel is near the historical old centre of Santa Brigada, the palm forest, botanical garden and protected nature of Cran Canaria.
With the bus it is near the city las Palmes. Even to walk to the botanical garden is possible.

Excelente almuerzo, el ofrecido y brillantemente preparado por los alumnos del Hotel Escuela Santa Brígida. Se trataba de un menú de la gastroescuela y que consistió en lo siguiente: Unos aperitivos compuestos de ferrero de morcilla dulce y cigarrillo de chorizo de Teror, así como bolsita crujiente de queso ahumado con salsa de guayaba, ensalada canaria de berros con fresas de Valsequillo escabechadas. A continuación un lomo de lubina sobre crema de millo y vinagreta de tomate: Estaba exquisito, así como las carrilleras estofadas al vino tinto del monte con fluido de batata y yema que venían a continuación. Por ponerle un defecto, opino que la cantidad de comida para una sola persona, era excesiva, aunque creo que el alumnado superó la prueba de forma excelente, tratándose de bastante más que un menú de degustación. Aquí no acabó todo, pues todavía quedaba un cremoso de gofio con miel de palma y salsa de plátano. Un suculento, variado y exquisito recorrido por la gastronomía canaria y que tanto los alumnos de cocina, como los camareros superaron de forma extraordinariamente brillante. ¡Mis felicitaciones a todos!

Estuve 2 noches y la verdad me gustó tanto su ubicación como el trato del personal. Las noches eran con desayuno y éste cumplió con lo pactado, rico y a elegir. Las habitaciones muy cómodas pero algo traqueteadas y anticuadas. Recomendable tanto para trabajo como vacacional.

Very quiet and particularly clean. For people who like a bit of rest after an active day. Beds are large and comfortable. The bathroom is a bit old but very clean. The staff is very friendly. The food is basic but very well displayed and fresh. The restaurant is also nice with a view on the garden. Not very expensive (roughly the same price) compared to the horrible three stars seaside resort we experienced later.
