Las casitas, el parque y todas las instalaciones son hermosas y en perfecto estado. Comodísima cama y almohadas. El trato de todo el personal muy amable y atento a todo detalle. El desayuno muy rico de excelente calidad. Solo mejoraría los jugos y la ensalada de frutas, más que tanta frutera, Me encantó el paseo a la montaña a cargo de Diego, quien pone nucho entusiasmo para hacerlo a gusto e interés del huésped. Esperaba encontrar más elementos norteños como árboles autóctonos, música y objetos de arte qur representen la zona de nuestro NOA, en lugar de palmeras, música en inglés y los cuadros de cisnes que coronan cada cabecera. Por el precio elevado podrían tener la cortesía de ofrecer un agua mineral como en otros tantos lugares.

La atención y la calidez del personal de atención es muy agradable. Siempre nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitábamos. Las instalaciones son un lujo, todo esta nuevo y todo funciona bien como se espera. La comida es muy rica y los desayunos bien completos

Desde que estacionamos el auto, hasta el momento del check out, fue todo perfecto. La calidad y atención del personal del hotel, es realmente para destacar. Desde los mozos hasta los maleteros y gente de recepción. Particularmente la señorita Karin quien definitivamente hizo nuestra experiencia más amena (incluso me ayudó a preparar en secreto una propuesta de matrimonio en la terraza de la casita). También cabe destacar la tranquilidad del hotel, que se encuentra rodeado de montañas y las casitas entre los viñedos, la vista es realmente hermosa. Además si bien era semana santa, no estaba abarrotado de gente, lo que ayuda a relajar. Las casitas son amplias y cómodas y la comida está muy bien también. Sin duda fue una experiencia tope de gama, y recomiendo el Hotel a cualquiera que quiera tener unos días de descanso y relajo.

El resort es impecable. Desde la atención de todo el personal hasta cada uno de los detalles que se ofrecen para reconfortar al huésped. La gastronomía tiene un nivel exquisito. Las vistas del resort son alucinantes. Los servicios brindados cumplen perfectamente cada uno de sus objetivos. Realmente es un resort totalmente recomendable y volvería nuevamente.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Piatelli Wine resort and our many wonderful experiences at the winery. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone speaks English very well. When we broke one of the bottles of wine by accident, they gave us a replacement bottle free of charge! We especially enjoyed the wine tasting paired with chocolates in the special tasting room at the resort. The casita was immaculately clean and well-appointed. The grounds kept up perfectly. So many special memories here. Thank you!
