Très bel établissement, idéalement situé au cœur de Santa Cesarea, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer depuis la piscine et certaines chambres en étage. Le personnel est adorable, du service de salle à l’accueil en passant par le service d’étage. Les plats à la carte sont succulents et d’un rapport qualité prix +++. La piscine est magnifique et offre une vue incroyable sur la ville et la cote. Bref, un sans faute

Hôtel pouvant offrir de belles prestations mais malheureusement pas là. Accueil parfait. Chambre propre avec une belle salle d’eau. Piscine superbe disposant d’un bar jamais ouvert … même sur plusieurs jours. Décevant d’autant plus lorsque nous sommes en vacances, il est toujours agréable de pouvoir profiter du bar à côté de la piscine. Il en était de même pour le bar de l’hôtel … personne pour servir une boisson. Deux jours d’attente pour avoir le verre de bienvenue qui nous a gentiment était servi par Laura (la personne des petits déjeuner) seule employée présente toute la journée pour tenter de répondre aux besoins des clients…. Merci à elle pour son sourire et sa gentillesse. Nous avons essayé de profiter du spa… un Jacuzzi très sale, malgré les recommandations de douche préalable qui visiblement ne sont pas respectées … nous avons écourté rapidement notre accès. Bon massage et accueil très sympathique au spa. A noter que seul le personnel de réception parle anglais… étonnant pour cette catégorie d’hôtel.

Belle chambre, bonne literie et une belle vue sur la mer. La piscine panoramique est splendide. Le personnel de l’accueil est très sympathique. Cependant, le personnel du restaurant est sympathique selon la tête du client: 20 min pour être servis en café, alors que d’autres n’attendent pas… dommage: cela m’a calmée!

Bel hôtel. Un personnel très attentif. Romina et Mario au petit déjeuner très sympa et compétent. Personnellement nous avions hérité d une chambre avec vue sur mer Seul petit bémol le petit déjeuner pas très bien achalandé Par contre les capuchini de Romina un régal

Je viens d'arriver dans cet hôtel, j'avais lu que la chambre 205 n'était pas agréable... Arrivés on nous attribu ...la 205. !! Une fenêtre minuscule, avec un verre sablé, pas de vue extérieure ,une prison Refusez absolument cette chambre, inadmissible

Sicuramente un albergo grazioso arredato con gusto , in posizione panoramica , pulito con un buon ristorante e personale cortese. Unica pecca è che nei mesi estivi , la zona più frequentata è la piscina , sicuramente anche essa di gusto e panoramica , peccato che la pulizia dei tavoli e del terrazzo lasci a desiderare , il bar a pranzo serve cibi di scarsa fantasia poca scelta e spesso come ho fatto notare il primo giorno , anche di scarso sapore . A volte basta un piccolo sforzo per rendere il tutto perfetto. Per chiudere il parcheggio è a pagamento ma non è specificato , l auto comunque si può parcheggiare su strada
