I visit this hotel every year, I like the attention and the very good food, I really recommend it 100%

Magnificent place, lots of charm with its small traditional “huts”. Impeccable cleanliness of the rooms. Very good buffet, whether for breakfast or dinner. Friendly welcome and sales service. I recommend this place.

We had a great stay, special recognition to the Management, especially GM Diego, the service at the Buffett and at the pool was wonderful, recognition to the clerks Osiel, Risos, Yordan and Yeremis. Everyone very attentive

Hotel is large, houses and rooms are very spread out, looks very nice. The hotel is located far outside the center of Santa Clara. Nice welcome at reception, very helpful. Room was big everything woke except the TV, but that's the least important. Wifi available

Just like the facilities of the Caneyes Ranchon Central and American hotels, the latter in the heart of the city give us the possibility of enjoying with family and friends where their employees make the difference. I really liked the hotel, I recommend it. Good service and meal. Comfortable rooms and very clean facilities. I would go again with friends and family. The only thing missing is for them to complete the construction of the nightclub.
