Struttura ben collocata sulla riva del fiume. Necessiterebbe di qualche lavoro di restauro ma tutto sommato carina per il prezzo pagato. La cosa che mi ha proprio scioccata e spinta a scrivere questa recensione è che alle 8 di mattina durante la settimana di capodanno facessero lavori con trapano e martello all'interno della struttura. Incredibile.

I spent a night in ArchiSuites and found the room very comfortable. The location is ideal for a visit to Coimbra with transport outside the door and good restaurants and cafés within a few metres of the apar**ent. Checking in and out was simple and the host met me on arrival. I found the apar**ent to be great value for my visit.

Very clean and modern and very nicely decorated. A 10 mins walk to the centre of the town where everything is on site. Coffee shops on the doorstep of the property for bfast which was very convenient. Pleasant staff who were in site ensuring we didn't need anything.

Se trata de un edificio convertido en suites. La decoración es única y los accesos totalmente electrónicos. El único problema que encontré fue que la puerta tenía cristales y los han pintado por lo que la luz de la entrada se cuela. Yo con mis problemas para dormir, casi no descansé durante las dos noches que pasé allí. Está muy bien situado y hay varias opciones de restaurantes cerca. Os recomiendo la cervecería que hay unos metros más adelante. Tiene una gran variedad de cervezas artesanales y algunos snacks.

El trato recibido bien igual que la ubicación, la habitación con lo necesario,sin embargo el baño dejaba bastante que desear, la junta de la ducha como se puede observar en las fotos completamente negra igual que la humedad en rodapié, aparte el agua de la ducha no tenía una temperatura estable.

Dans l’ensemble nous sommes satisfait du logement, il est très beau et bien situé !
Par contre le titre et la description sont trompeurs, il n’y a aucune vue sur le fleuve et le parking gratuit est à 7 min à pied. Le seul parking en face de l’appart est payant et limité.
De plus l’environnement est bruyant que ce soit à l’extérieur ou au dessus de l’appartement ! Et la Clim fonctionne à moitié nous avons eu chaud et impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre à cause du bruit. Les responsables du logement ont essayé de régler la Clim mais en vain.
Et enfin faites attention, la taxe de séjour vous sera réclamée à la fin du séjour.
Ah oui, pour les contacter c’est l’enfer aucune réponse ni par téléphone ni par écrit.

The staff were very kind, helpful and responsive to a fault. The way the suite is set up is a bit unusual. This is not a hotel or inn, but more like an AirBNB where some rooms in the building are for lodgers and others are offices that empty out at night. So somewhat unusual. Fine for the one night we stayed there, but would probably look for other accommodations if we went to Coimbra again.
