My husband lives on a business trip, and the United States does not provide slippers and toothbrushes... Remember to bring your own! It should be the best hotel in the area... oh, and there is no house keeping... well... it's better in China👍

The hotel is very close to the exhibition center, across the road, so the price is very expensive during the exhibition. While the hotel lobby looks ok, the rooms are horrendous. As soon as I walked into the corridor, there was a stench, and the room also smelled. The room facilities were outdated, and the windows could not be opened, so the stench could not be dissipated. Asked the front desk to change floors, the corridors and rooms on another floor had the same smell.

Work trip Check in was easy except I tried to use my Hilton Amex for points and was not able to because this was booked on a company cc. Lesson learned on my end. The room itself was clean and well maintained. Breakfast and coffee was overpriced but that’s to be expected from any hotel. There are no alternatives in the area. The only hiccup came when I realized my wallet was missing at the airport :/ I called the hotel they had it. I had to buy a fedex return form and email it to them. They did ship it out within the hour so that was good.

Staff was great, room was average. Shower head was leaking so water would spray out the side while trying to shower getting water all over the floor. Bathroom sink and toilet was rusted or just poorly cleaned

The bedding did not fit the bed, there was too much air freshener through out the hotel and room. I am asthmatic and it caused me breathing issues. The room and hallways weren't the cleanest.
Also, there was only 1 floor that had a working ice machine. I visited 4 floors before I found the working one.
