Everything was good except for the wifi. It was a poor signal and we kerp gaving trouble. Expecially my kid with his ps5.he could connect it do to poor wifi signal

I needed a hotel in Santa Clara and this was a perfect location. I like that the entrance is behind the building and away from traffic. The room was clean. AC and heater were excellent. Useful amenities like a microwave, mini fridge, and Keurig. I also liked that this room had a 2-seater couch. There are two water fountain options. On in the gym and one in the lobby. Love that. The front desk staff let me store my luggage when I arrived. This hotel is currently undergoing renovations as listed on their website, and there is noise during business hours as expected, but that did not bother me because by the time I was in my room, they were gone for the day, and I checked out before they began. Thanks so much for a great stay!

This hotel is very nice, I’ve stayed before however they were under construction and that was not noted when booking a room. The construction wasn’t too loud however, they had most of the construction vehicles parked in the parking lot making it where there was not enough room to park for guests. I also was booked in the handicap room and did not need to be.

We were promised on the phone that the hotel will provide a roll away bed for free but they charged.

Printer was out of order
IHG membership was not considered for discount.
