酒店服務非常差，七天才能打掃一次衞生，換毛巾還得自己拿到前台以舊換新，停車，洗衣均要收費，還沒有早餐，緊鄰火車道。管理人員有色眼鏡看人，要求幾次打掃衞生，完全無視，住了11天，一次房間打掃都沒有。

很糟糕的一次住宿體驗。嚴格執行下午4點入住，中午11點退房，中午下的飛機，因為物品很多，放在車上不安全，跟前台商量提前入住，可是根本不行，真想提前的話，交50美金，我們説那把行李行李寄存一下吧？前台説我們地方小，要收收5美金……退房也如此，因為我是晚上11點多的航班，而且孩子12點下課，所以商量可否延遲一個小時退房，跟前台説了，不行，“我們的那個房間都是11點退房”，無奈，我就衹能拿着行李，在休息區等待孩子放學後來接我，然後在外面逛到晚上8點去機場。十幾年的旅行經歷，第一次遇到這麼不講情理的酒店，我們的要求也並不過分，通常酒店方衹要有打掃出來的空房間，都會安排給客人，這家就是一個小時都不給客人，真是無語。
入住後房間是一週打掃一次。
另外設施比較陳舊了，但是衞生條件還是可以的。
但是，隔音效果不好，酒店後邊是鐵道，火車經過時，聲音還是挺大的，特別是鳴笛通過時，哈哈，可想而知。
最初選擇這家酒店的唯一理由就是在兒子學校對面，但是下次的話，這個理由也撼動不了我了，不會再選擇。

很垃圾的酒店，吹風機是壞的。下樓找前台他都説來人送但都沒有人送。睡覺的時候突然有人來敲門要修空調，進來把空調拆了房間弄亂，人走了門半掩着一個小時都沒回來。和樓下溝通他們就説馬上解決但回到房間還是沒有任何解決。

送孩子上學來的，酒店位置優越，設施較陳舊，但配備簡單廚具可做些簡餐。旁邊就是聖克拉拉小火車站，總有火車經停，很吵。買東西要穿過對面學校到超市，附近衹有家星巴克和一家麪包房。總的來説還算不錯。

It was a pretty nice and calm place. Only thing was the showers faucet wasn’t working well and more water than needed was spewing from shower.
