My son is studying in the United States. It's a few minutes' walk from where he lives. I stay here every time I come back to Santa Clara. The environment is quiet, sanitation is done every day, breakfast is included, and the price is high.

It's not far from the airport, but there are three hotels with similar names nearby. Be careful not to go wrong. The staff at the front desk were pretty good. I didn't have any problems staying there for one night.

This is more about hotel guests in general - you all realize there are other people in the world, right? Shouting back and forth at 5.45a from the 2nd floor balcony to the car BLASTING music below is disruptive, obnoxious and downright RUDE. Hotel walls are thin. Keep your voices down. Have some consideration.
This hotel is also all open, and did not feel terribly secure.

The room was larger than we expected. There were some small chips in the flooring. Service when we had a key not working was quick and efficient.

The room was very nice and updated. Staff in the office were all very friendly. Solid breakfast as well.
