Too noisy and when checking out one day early (2 day, instead of 3 days), the Indian women at the desk in the morning said I'd have to pay for the 3rd day, even though I'm not staying. I've never heard of any Hotel charging for a day anyone is not staying, I couldn't believe I was being charged for the 3 day I wasn't going to be their. I tried asking for her name and she didn't want to give me her name, only tell me she was the supervisor, then finally after I said I would be complaining to the Manager did she give me her name. And then all of a sudden she said okay I didn't need to pay for the 3rd day! Watch out, seems as if she's done them before.
Calling later in the evening to complain anyway, I spoke to the Assistant Manager and she said there policy is NOT charging for the 3rd day, since I'm checking out early it would be okay.
I'm not sure this was resolved internally or not, I had to call back after 4 or 5 days to find out. The Assistant Manager said once the owner got back from India they would be firing her, but they at this time they needed her as to not be short handed. Who knows if this will happen or not. She did offer me a 20% discount on my bill, yay, hum. Doesn't seem like much after what I had to go through. The reason I was checking out early for 2 nights I couldn't get to sleep till 3am because of the refrigerator with loud motor next to the bed.
I finally did get a voice message from the owner apologizing for my experience and basically that was it.
