I deliberately chose a hotel that is not directly on the highway, so it is very quiet
The room is spacious and bright, and the facilities are good. The two big beds are very comfortable. I had dinner at the restaurant downstairs, and it tasted good. Recommended

Loved almost everything about this stay! Very helpful Doorman when needed, parking was great, beautiful lobby and very sweet staff.
Bar hours were extremely short and ended at 9:30pm. We had a large party and it would have been nice to hang at the hotel bar for a night. The hallways to our room had the same pieces of small tissues on the floor for the 5 days we were there. Our room was not the cleanest. The toilet was broken when we arrived but was fixed in a timely manner. The tub did leak a lot and was addressed by staff. Overall it was a beautiful hotel with good staff service, it just needed more attention to cleanliness.

Toilet didn’t flush fr the first 24 hours we were there. Front desk staff rude. For a Hyatt we expected much more. Will not stay in this location again

Room lighting is practically non existent. I felt like I was packing up in the dark. I was supposed to stay three nights and checked out to find a new hotel after one. The workout room was one of the most dirty rooms I’ve ever attempted to workout in.

We held wedding / reception event on 05/11 and hotel reception staff were unaware of event logistics. Also during the wedding ceremony, spirinklers went off and made guests wet, damaging their clothes and decorations. Would not recommend having a special occasion hosted here. They DO NOT offer linens or napkins for outside catering. This is not the case in any other Hyatt or surrounding hotels.

This hotel was located just off the major interstate and located near a variety of restaurants and shopping you could easily walk to enjoy. The pool area was great and there is a golf course nearby I hope to enjoy next time I'm in the area. The things we needed on this trip were a short drive away and the staff was great.
