Homewood Suites by Hilton Santa Clarita

Location is great Breakfast Ok....the second day they had NO CREAM for coffee, so anyone who slept in past 8:00 am was out of luck. (AND....on a Saturday...breakfast hours are 8-10 a.m.) Additionally, no napkins. Room was comfortable, however, the AC was not effective at all. This is a HILTON, and I must say I expected more...the bathroom shower/tub had some water damage, which looked as if a child had attempted to fix it. Wall paper buckling, and wall needed 'something"like new drywall.... After spending 250.00 ++ per night I expected more. Additionally, the living room 'table' looked as if it been in a 'altercation'!!! Gees, buy a new table!!! And parking?? not much, but at least it was free....Will not be staying here again.

It is a wonderful area with a new building and spacious rooms. The front desk staff provided excellent customer service in assisting with check-in. The housekeeping staff was friendly, polite, and helpful. I strongly recommend this place when visiting the area.

Free breakfast says from 6-9am, we arrived at 8:30, nothing , I mean nothing left, ask the staff, very rude, only telling you NO FOOD

Weird Weird Place This was a weird place. Second time I stayed here - was here for business in January and everything was fine, if kind of drab. This time it was strange. I was there 10 days my room got cleaned once. No new sheets, no nothing. I called down cause I need towels and they were very accommodating. Everyone was putting trash in the hallway because it clearly wasn't being collected. On the day my room did get cleaned, the chamber person put dish soap in the dish washing machine and it spewed suds everywhere. I think the place is understaffed and the staff they have are undertrained. Workers were all nice, polite, friendly. But it’s like no one exactly knows what’s going on. When there was breakfast or any kind of food service (only Wed) suddenly a bunch of people showed up who were not staying in the hotel. Like I said - weird. I needed a place with a kitchen and it had that (though I had only one fork). But I would not stay again and would not recommend.

I was given a ADA room and was told there were no other rooms available to give me, 1 of the AC units wasn’t functioning properly. I used the grill outside, it was extremely dirty and the knobs were not all working.
