Excelente - en su categoría: mejor ubicación cerca de la Catedral, carácter derivado de las copias de las Misiones Chiquitanas, personal atento, amable y eficiente, desayuno incluyendo cuñapes recién horneados de feliz recuerdo. Recomiendo calorosamente.

Tuve un grave accidente en este hotel, la puerta de vidrio de la bañera se trabó y se descarriló al deslizarla, estallando en mil pedazos que me produjeron heridas muy profundas en un pie y una mano, de las cuales tengo lamentables secuelas. El hotel no corrió con ningún gasto ni se responsabilizaron de nada.

La ubicación es muy buena en el centro de la cuidad , hotel no muy grande pero muy comodo , limpio , de buena atención , me parece que pueden mejorar el buffet del desayuno ,Las habitaciones son limpias cómodas , cómodas y con aire acondicionado .

Lage ist 1A mitten im alten Zentrum von Santa Cruz. Zimmer haben Balkon und einige davon mit Blick auf die Kathedrale. Diese würde ich bevorzugen vom Blick sehr schön. Allerdings lässt die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig, barfuß wäre ich im Zimmer nicht gelaufen. Die Bäder sind alt und das Interieur ist abgewohnt. Preis ist okay und Frühstück auch. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
