We were at the hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary taking advantage of the long holiday on August 6. Upon our arrival the room was not yet ready because we arrived before check in, which is at 3:00 p.m., but we didn't have to wait long for everything to be ready, our room was on the 11th floor. We scheduled the romantic dinner in the vertical garden on the 20th floor, which was fantastic in every aspect: the service, the menu and decoration, the a**osphere is private and the service personal and attentive. We use the gym daily, it is located on the 20th floor near the pool, in my opinion it is somewhat small for a hotel of this category, it only has 2 treadmills and 2 ellipticals. The pool has a wonderful view of the Urubó, although the sky was somewhat overcast due to the fires that broke out on the outskirts of the city in previous days, I also think that a hydro massage was needed, which is almost mandatory in hotels of this category. The breakfast at the Elsa restaurant, quite delicious gourmet style, but I would find it somewhat monotonous on longer stays, it does not vary much, the staff's attention is very attentive and helpful, during our stay we had a problem with the television signal and the internet , which unfortunately could not be solved so they changed our room to the 8th floor, the change was quick and in the new room everything worked well. I want to mention that the operations manager, Paul Aguilar, was attentive when he knew that we had problems with the internet connection and offered us his help very attentively. Finally, I recommend this hotel to spend a quiet relaxing vacation since it is located in a very quiet area but close to Ventura Mall and Equipetrol.
