Excelente antención. Piezas cómodas. Maravilloso entorno dentro del recinto. Amplio, con mucha naturaleza. El restaurant con comida muy buena y con sugerencias de sommelier. El único detalle es que la piscina temperada estaba en mantención, pero fuera de eso es un lugar al que con seguridad volveré.

Excelente hotel y ubicación. Justo en frente de ma plaza de armas. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas con colchón king (hab. Matrimonial) Desayuno buffet delicioso y patriota. Tiene varios estacionamientos con valet parking Lo recomiendo 10/10!!

Such a unique and beautiful hotel, complete with a museum (which, unfortunately, I did not get to visit). Gorgeous furniture, great food, very helpful and friendly staff. It's in the middle of Southern Chilean wine country. And did I mention good pisco sours? Sadly, my stay there was way too short because I was there for a meeting but I highly recommend it.

Excellent service and quality of the rooms. The food in the restaurant and the entertainment provided by the ****** and the bar were the best. We spent an incredible night with my wife. We would always return to this beautiful hotel since we had a few things left to do

It left a lot to be desired. We stayed for 5 nights and booked a suite. When we arrived, the air conditioning did not work. They couldn't fix it but kept trying to move us to a lower category room. After 2 days of insisting we were changed rooms. Unfortunately, there was a fire in the hotel the next day and they had to evacuate the entire wing we were in with a new room change but now with a lower category and simply no explanation or proposal to review the situation. Simple, expensive hotel and complicated parking. I won't go back or recommend

Nice Hotel, with a delicious breakfast. Good spa with reconfortable massages. Unicación optima, en la Plaza de Armas de Santa Cruz. Muy interesantes museos y por su puesto las visitas a llas viñas, con muy buenos vinos. El valle de Colchagua es una zona hermosa que vales la pena conocer.

Inconvenient and in the middle of the city, typical hotel in the center of Santiago, I do not recommend it. The photos show something else, the kitchen is terrible and expensive for what it is, the only redeeming feature is the beautiful gardens. I would not return, it is not what it seems for the level they show it on RRSS.
