The location is excellent but the price is disproportionate for the services offered but not usable such as the swimming pool. The terrible breakfast only bread, jam (I'm not joking) and little else. The only positive note was the friendly staff but otherwise forgettable.

Very incomplete breakfast, no fruit and little variety of food. Room smells of mold and lack of quality, wires hanging, small bed with blankets that only make you sneeze. Basically, accommodation that is not 3 stars should be under construction and does not offer a good stay experience. We bought fruit at the supermarket for breakfast.

Hotel with an exceptional location (ocean view!!!) but stuck in the years in which it was built (90s) in short... old hotel inside but wonderful outside. Too bad the rooms are inside... Terrible rooms: rust marks in the bathtub, chipped tiles, awkward electrical system (will it have an updated certification?) Poor quality linen (sometimes dirty and torn) basic amenities but with lots of mirrors for larks like swimming pool and gym overlooking the sea. Average breakfast service. Small technological update: Wi-Fi service with very bad signal which does not appear to be available in all rooms (come on!!!) Only positive note: people who have always been courteous but unfortunately compared to all the defects it turns out to be a very bad experience and above all there is absolutely no good value for money. A piece of advice for the owners (if they ever read this review) you have a spectacular hotel... invest in that and not in three hundred other connected activities that widen the choice but kill the quality. Customers today look for quality and not an abundance of services (especially on an island in the middle of the ocean!!!). I will never set foot there again and I'm sorry but I will not recommend it to anyone who asks me.

One thing is certain, the location is very nice - as long as you have a room with a sea view... The family-run hotel is very old. The humid climate has a merciless effect. The bed is clammy, there is no real blanket, just a throw and a wool blanket. The massive fabric curtains and upholstered chairs contribute to the musty a**osphere. Breakfast is very simple, the room is small and loud when there are a lot of travelers. The people are nice and do their best. The restaurant offers local and good food. The a**osphere in the dining room (similar to a gym) is unfortunately very loud and cold. There are few alternatives here... Flores is still definitely worth a visit. Just pack good clothes!

You have to sleep somewhere on this island, but this hotel is not particularly recommendable. The quality of sleep was poor to non-existent on the old, musty single beds (couple who had just fallen in love). Breakfast was horrible to inedible. The light in the bathroom was broken. The only positives were the proximity to the sea, the airport, the staff were very friendly and the nature pool was close. For 100 euros a night, it was a joke!

Modest hotel with architecture that stands out for being genuine. The staff is wonderful and Carina, Alexandra and D cidalia were lovely, always ready to engage in a pleasant chat with the group. Spacious rooms with sufficient bedding and old but functional bathrooms. The hotel runs on water boilers and so sometimes the water was out in one of the rooms, but nothing that couldn't be fixed. The breakfast, despite being basic, is enough to leave us satisfied for a day of hiking. The supply boat only comes every 15 days (when it comes at all) so don't expect to find on this island the abundance or differentiation that you find on the islands of the central archipelago or s. Miguel Everything was 5 stars and it will be our hotel whenever we return to Flores. Thank you to all the staff

Good location, right on the seafront, close to the natural pools and a 10-15 minute walk from several restaurants. Friendly staff! Room in need of renovation, uncomfortable bed and old bathroom… Very basic breakfast, without any innovation (type of bread, fruit, etc.) during the 5 days of stay.

The best part of this hotel is the view to the Atlantic Ocean and the proximity to the natural pools, just for this it makes sense to stay there, however, comfort is not included in the price. The mattresses are very old, hard and uncomfortable. As a solo traveler, I wanted at least a full bed and had to sleep in twin beds the two times I stayed there. The breakfast is very poor and basic, not the best quality. It is what it is, I would stay there again just for the view!

Old hotel, old room without any storage and smelling of humidity, old bathroom (with a bidet that says it all :)), old swimming pool, old armchairs (common room), basic breakfast, in a word: old
