Very positive: very good location, away from the centre, views of the Atlantic. Plenty of parking on the street. Great Wifi. Cleaning ladies are polite, correct, and friendly. Positive minus: The door to the street of the building has a pin security system, but it is sloppy and with a couple of pushes it still opens. The door remains open all morning and afternoon with a stopper at the bottom, or locked by the floor tiles. I’d suggest you consider creating access for people with motor functional diversity. That main door with a chaplon, the stairs to the first landing and the other stairs to the elevator. I thought it was mandatory to provide non-discriminatory access as a requirement to open any place to the public, both public institutions and private companies: bars, restaurants, hotels, etc. Broken locks on all the balcony doors and on the windows of the bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom, so everything is open all the time. Anyone can enter the apartment from the outside. The bathroom is renovated. There is a hairdryer, but when you turn it on the power goes down and you are left without light until someone notices and fixes it up from somewhere. I am missing some place to rest objects in the restroom. The kitchen looks like something out of Torremolinos 75 GAS cooker! Completely unnecessary risk. I mean, if the pipes, hose and regulator are of the same age as everything else, we’d be glad that nothing happens before we leave. The tiny TV with no internet access, one of the first "flat" ones. You could only watch the old channels, if you turn it on (the TV set works on properly). Basic sofa but it's ok as it's new. Few plugs all around. They are poorly attached to the wall. Size of the beds: 1.90 x 90. You have to sleep in a fixed position, being careful not to fall down the floor if you move, or that the frame of the bed base moves and you end up in the door. It's very uncomfortable for adults to sleep in those little children's beds. A little apprehensive about the old bedding: a thousand uses, washed but you can sense that many bodies and many heads have passed through those sheets and pillows. To the owners: "Would you cover yourselves with this bedding? Try taking it home and sleep one night with them on." Windows and blinds look from the Restoration Era. The windows overlooking the inner halls continually bang when the air flows because they are out of adjustment from so many years working. The brightness of the lights of the corridors of the common areas enters through the windows without blinds facing the inner halls through the curtains of onion layer. Bad for sleeping after a day driving around the island. For the floor of the apartment, it would be nice using a vacuum cleaner instead of an old times broom. Do you ever sweep the floors? Scrubbing hard with a new mop would make the place habitable for people with allergies to layered dirt. Most people are not used to living surrounded by dust in all four corners of th

The building is currently undergoing noisy renovations, but of course they don’t tell you this when you make the booking and they take your money. There are problems with noise in general here as the windows are the really old “bay” type, and the floors are made of solid marble effect tiles. Loud sounds come from above whenever somebody so much as moves a chair. The apartment was spacious, but old with windows and doors that stick. The walk in shower leaked. I had to use towels to mop up the water on the bathroom floor. But these are minor issues to compared to the constant noise of renovations taking place from the crack of dawn. These places shouldn't be allowed to operate when building work is going on.
