A great place to stay coming from overseas into the Southern Airport. Very easy to access with the bus straight from the airport

Hotel would benefit from updating but for the price is good enough. The main problem was the shower which definitely needed replacing. The breakfast was basic but decent enough for the price

Stay for sport only. The rooms are good for a perfect night. I will repeat if I need anything in the south of the island. Economical with breakfast included.

The location is very good, close to the central bus station and restaurants. The room is clean but very simple. I have a single person room so it's good for a short stay. The breakfast is free and good as a continental breakfast. The reception is nice and cooperative.

Run down uncomfortable hotel! The only advantage is that it's close to the airport! Even though the price was good, I will never stay there again!

It was well located for the places of my visit in Tenerife, an expensive value for one night and not fair to be three stars, I did not see it enough to give it the stars Much delay than the one who attended us at the entrance yesterday and lack of bath soap, I hope the facilities improve and it does not have air conditioning

This hotel is a complete dump, it’s definitely not a 3 star hotel, rooms and bathrooms are dirty and it’s very noisy. The breakfast is a joke, the only good thing about this hotel is Caroline the receptionist This hotel shouldn’t be allowed to operate let alone charge expensive rates.

This so called "hotel" is complete rip off.. They attempted to charge me in advance although payment policy on *********** stated that no prepayment is required. Manager answered that's it's their internal policy to charge the guest in advance unless they say they want to pay in the property. Further, the room that I received was very dirty and had cigarette smoke, bathroom was full of mold and bathtub dirty. Furniture in room very old and partially even broken, like the chair on the balcony. Clearly the worst hotel I've ever been to. And the manager didn't even apologize for such disastrous room they delivered to me,let alone the fact that he refused any compensation.

My family and I were stranded in Tenerife south for the night, thanks to Ryanair delayed flight. Your hotel was recommended by airport tourist information counter. She tried to contact the hotel to enquire about availability, but consistently failed to get an answer, so she suggested that we just go to the hotel as they normally have availability - we now know why. When we arrived we were greeted by Annett on reception. Annett was friendly and supportive, but appeared very stressed with the entire situation she appeared to be in. Lone working and covering multiple roles. The rooms were very basic, no A/C, but we were leant fan for one of our rooms (20 euro deposit), which made a small difference, but limited, but the second room was very warm especially during the night, this impacted our ability to get a restful nights sleep. The basic setup of the bathrooms appeared to be very poor, one room only had shampoo and one room only had body wash, along with the direction of the shower heads (fixed) sprayed water all over the floor, flooding the bathroom, into the rooms. There appeared to be rot and mould evident under and around the sink, along with the poorly maintained facilities like chips in the basin, bath and toilet. We were fortunate to not have received any injuries from the bathroom facilities. However the most disappointing part of our stay was breakfast which was supposed to be included. Breakfast is served between 7.30am and 9.15am - we went down to the dining room at 8.45am to find every table dirty and unclean and the buffet entirely empty and unstocked, except for 1 x bread roll, 4 x slices of ham and 2 x slices of cheese. No pastries, croissants or bread etc. no juices - coffee machine wasn’t great either as no milk was being dispensed. When this was mentioned to Annett, she did her best to clear the dining hall and found some stale sliced bread, but by this point, it was too late, the damage was done. Management presence is quite clearly lacking, leaving staff without support, causes problems. When my wife and I complained to Annett, she was apologetic, explaining that nothing could be done to compensate and we would have to send an email. Annett stated that she could have placed more items out, but she chose not to. We would have been open to a slight delay in waiting for items to be cooked or prepared, but to the obvious lack of staff, this wasn't done. We were not there at the end of service, so this should have been an option. We believe she could have called for help from anyone else working, but to our distress, she didn’t. We feel this is a training need, but the obvious lack of staff and management impacted our stay detrimentally, leaving us heading back to the airport with two disappointed, hungry and over-heated children. Having to source breakfast outside prior to flying home. We would not recommend this hotel, even in desperation, you would be better off travelling a bit further away as you will not only
