Aparthotel Los Dragos del Sur

The hotel meets justito. It needs to be updated. We missed the basic things in the apar**ent kitchen.

Tenía un alojamiento al lado reservado por booking un mes antes. Justo el día de antes nos cancelaron ese alojamiento y booking nos ofreció este. ¡Menuda bendición! El apartahotel genial, desayuno muy bueno, y lástima que no acompañó el tiempo para bañarme en la piscina. Quiero destacar el trato tan amable recibido por María, la recepcionista, María, si me lees, somos el grupo de tres murcianos que se hospedó ahí el día 6 de marzo, ojalá te dupliquen el sueldo. Siempre que vaya a Tenerife, llevaré ahí a todo el mundo por tí. Muchas gracias.

Nous avons été assez déçus de cet apparthotel.En effet les serviettes de toilette sont parfois d'un autre temps, le ménage est très superficiel,la piscine qui était annoncée chauffée, ne l'était pas,pas de sèche cheveux dans la salle de bain,chambre vétuste, petit déjeuner abondant mais de qualité très moyenne,présentation peu appétissante. Obligés de monter 3 étages à pied pour atteindre le 4e. Un matin sans eau et ascenseur en panne.Parties communes pas toujours propres. Accueil un peu limite. Bonne literie. Puerto Santiago est calme.

We spent a week in this aparthotel, good location, spectacular view of the island of La Gomera, varied and plentiful breakfast, shops and restaurants nearby, staff not always attentive to the needs of customers.... so far everything more or less well, let's move on to the sore points, the rooms are beautiful and spacious but the bathrooms urgently need a restyling, let's say the cleanliness was not very good... and it went well for us..... Our traveling companions were found themselves in an unclean room, with the kitchen sink blocked... at night an annoying sound started from some electronic device in the room and one night they had the unpleasant visit of a cucaracha. To have the room changed, which should have been happen promptly, it took a lot of anger. Overall the structure is acceptable but to make it truly comfortable it would require general renovation work, a little more bathroom and kitchen accessories supplied in the apar**ents and much more attention regarding to the general cleanliness and also in the breakfast room. Unfortunately there was also a strong smell of sewage but this does not depend on the hotel, sewerage works are being carried out nearby.

Devo dire che ci sono molte note positive e poche negative ma nel complesso la struttura é molto carina. Il personale della reception é molto cordiale e disponibile, oltre al fatto che é aperta 24H. Gli appartamenti sono molto grandi e la nostra terrazza era vista mare quindi abbiamo goduto di tramonti e albe mozzafiato. Aggiungerei solo qualche utensile come asciugacapelli, ferro da stiro e forse qualcosa per la pulizia visto che in questo periodo é molto polveroso causa lavori stradali. La pulizia dell’appartamento devo dire non ci ha fatto una bella impressione, specie sotto divano e letto e qualche ragnetto qua e là. La piscina molto Carina con un baretto vista mare aperto fino alle 21 e la colazione ECCELLENTE. Una vasta scelta tra dolce, salato e frutta ! A 5 minuti di passeggiata sulla costa si trovano un sacco di baretti e ristoranti! Unica nota pessima: Mentre stavamo dormendo é entrata in camera la signora delle pulizie e senza scusarsi é uscita sbattendo la porta! Nel complesso l’hotel é molto carino, lo consiglio per una breve vacanza .

L'hôtel est très propre. Le personnel est très discret et compétent. Notre appartement était super. Nous avions vu sur la mer. Le ménage est fait tous les jours sauf le jeudi. Il y a une piscine au 4eme étage contre la salle de sport. Il y a également une terrasse et un bar bien aménagés. Au 8eme il y a un solarium. Les sèches cheveux sont disponibles à l'accueil contre une caution de 10€. Il y a de la place toute autour de l'hôtel pour se garer. Avec le covid prévoir du temps au petit déjeuner car c'est le personnel qui vous sert individuellement, c'est un buffet assisté. Le petit déjeuner est bon et varie. La plage Arena est à 8 min à pieds. Nous avons découvert le restaurant Quinta en face de cette même plage qui est délicieux. Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour.
