The hotel
Is clean and adequate.
I arrived fairly late and unfortunately there wasn’t anything in the nearby area to eat or drink but it is more a port town.

Nice hotel in a good location. The tasty buffet breakfast was the highlight. However, it's a bit expensive for what it is.

The hotel itself was satisfactory, but we were extremely disappointed with the service provided by a staff member named Cecilia. We stayed at the hotel during Christmas and went on a week-long cruise. On January 1st, we had a flight back and requested to leave our luggage at the hotel for a few hours, as all public luggage lockers were closed that day.
We even offered to pay for the service, but Cecilia refused, citing a need to reserve the space for other clients. However, we noticed the storage area was largely empty. This lack of assistance, especially for returning guests and in a special circumstance, felt unnecessarily cold and unhelpful during the New Year.
This experience has left us disappointed, and we cannot recommend this hotel to others.

Good location, decent service, I booked an extra to get a spacious room (deluxe) with a large bed, decent although with few amenities. Decent cleaning, although I should mention that I had to report the presence of small ants in the bathroom and desk to reception. On the second day, I didn't detect any, I suppose due to some cleaning action. I missed the feedback on this possible action... they never told me anything (not if I didn't see the insects anymore, or what action they were supposed to take, or if I was satisfied, or even a possible proposal to change rooms...)... anyway, I missed the feedback on my friendly and courteous complaint.
